Was very happy with my experience renting a unit from Next Door. I called on my lunch break and spoke with Anne. I was able to stop in and take a look at a couple units to figure out what size I need, which ended up being a 5×10. Even though we looked at a couple units, the whole process took less than 15 minutes which I was very happy about. The dollar move-in special wasn’t bad, either!

We unexpectedly had to move out with very little notice and stressed about it a lot. We decided to get a storage unit and stumbled across this place sort of by accident. We were drawn here by the advertised special pricing. When we arrived to sign up for the storage unit we were greeted at the front desk by a woman named, Anne. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and made our experience a lot easier. She let us walk around and pick out which unit we wanted, of the available units and even brought us back to look at what a 10×10 unit would look like. I highly recommend this location to anyone and if you decide to go, ask for Anne!
