Plainfield staff is friendly enough buy when you get text after text to say go online to get this deal or that deal and then cannot get the deal online … finally go into the store and the staff says … «we cannot give you that deal … it is only online … we have lots of complaints about this issue» «the corporate office is aware of this problem»…well that speaks for itself … get the customers in with the promise of a good deal … then charge full price. not a good way to do business in my opinion … we have switched to a competitor after the last run around and am treated like they truly want our business. very different from Papa Murphys way of doing business from my experience.

Very friendly staff! My husband and I literally walked in just a few minutes before closing on a Tuesday night. Staff had already done most of the cleaning up for the evening, but they still graciously made our pizza despite our lateness. Would definitely return because of the good service. Location is very clean, too!
