Love that they don’t do unnecessary procedures! Everyone is so kind and dentist is VERY knowledgeable.

I have been going here for years, I had mad an appointment to get my teeth cleaned. They had told me I had beginning stages of gum disease and that it had ate away some on my bone under my 2 teeth, so the did not clean them and told me I needed to come back get my gums lazered clean– and it’s going to cost me $ 336 i got a second opinion from another dentist who was a periodontist(gum doctor) and said my gums and tether are perfectly fine, if they tell you that you need th laser treatment get a second opinion I saved myself a lot of money… Needless to say I will not be back there.

The one star I am giving is for the dentists. The dentists know what they are doing and are good at their jobs. So nothing against the technical knowledge of the dentists. The customer service of the support staff is very poor. I do believe the dentists should direct their front desk and billing clerks as to how to treat people with respect. The billing clerk should be taught how to do a better job at estimating what is and is not covered by insurance. To sum it up, great dentists but rude and unprofessional support staff. Too many headaches when dealing with billing due to inaccurate estimates.

CONSUMERSBEWARE. My wife and I were in search of a new dentist, and as much as we hoped, this is not the place for us. Once I sat in the seat, I informed them not to perform any service that wouldn’t be covered by my insurance. I asked if they had any questions, not sure if they needed to clarify anything based on my insurance. «No» was the answer. About a month later I get a bill for $ 82. Yep you guessed it, things not covered by insurance. It’s a businesses job to know, the majority of their income is based on insurance companies payments. So either they don’t care, or they aren’t experts. Either way, after ignoring my requests. I called in to move my appointment and was treated rudely on the phone, I said I needed to reschedule, but wanted to address my billing in person. She said I in response that she was sending me to collections. After blatantly ignoring my request, then billing me, and now instantly threaten collections rather than wait a few days to discuss this in person? What a poor way to treat a customer. After a brief call to my wife, she called them(maybe 5 minutes later) to just pay the bill, and cancel her appointment. She was put on hold for an extended period of time, and the other receptionist wouldn’t take her payment. She finally talks to the woman I talked to, and made the payment. The following day I get a collection notice. The dentist seemed like a nice guy, so this isn’t a lack of technical performance, but the customer service by his staff is inexcusable, and unforgivable.

I just started going to this place about a year and a half ago. LOVE it! I went to another place at first downtown and they ripped me off horribly. Pinnacle doesn’t take advantage of you and they tell you the honest truth. Dr. Otto is awesome and he is so nice. I am shocked at how gentle he is and he explains everything he does so there are no surprises. Highly recommended!

After having the same dentist for my entire life, I decided I needed to find someone a little closer to my location. I asked around at work and chose Pinnacle Dental from the recommendations because I was told they would take my insurance and that the lady recommending them had children who *wanted* to go to this dentist?! That boggled my mind. Really, I have been pleased overall. 99% of the staff that I have ever worked with over the past few years has been helpful, gentle, accomodating and the one percent that rubbed me the wrong way, were probably still trying to do their best job. My latest visit reassured me of this… so I’ll be back. The location is easy to find, clean and bright. While I am not sure I’ll ever be keen on going to the dentist, I would highly recommend Pinnacle… I like having clean teeth! :) They do offer services and new technology that I wouldn’t have been able to find before. And their hours have been flexible and easy to fit into my schedule.
