Pre ordered a couple pizzas and sides online on Super Bowl Sunday with a 4:30 pick up time. Pizzas were hot and ready on time. Staff was friendly. Prices are always good!

Choose this place if you enjoy waiting over 2 hours for a pizza that you end up never receiving! I was to receive my pizza at 6:06. At that same time, I received a call from the delivery driver saying he was lost. I explained to him how to find my place and he said ok. I then waited another 20 minutes before calling him back to see what was happening. He said he had called his manager and they were making me a fresh pizza that would be delivered by someone else. He was 3 minutes away from his next delivery and would call me back in 5 to give me an idea of the new delivery time. After waiting 10 minutes, I called the store directly to see what was happening. The teenage boy I spoke to had no idea this was happening. At this time, the delivery driver was calling me back, so I asked the store to hang on the line. The delivery driver explained he was headed back to my place to deliver my pizza, which had now been in his car for at least 45 minutes because that was when he had first called me. I told him that I was worried about it being hot and that I would really prefer a fresh pizza since I was paying $ 17 for a small pizza(it was gluten free). He said he would have to head back to the store to speak to his manager to see how long it would take. I told him I would call the store to get the process started. In the meantime, the store had hung up on me, so I waited on hold again for 5 minutes. The teenager answered the phone and again was very surprised by the whole situation. He said they could cook a fresh pizza and it would be delivered to me shortly. He was unable to tell me what«shortly» meant, so he offered to pass me along to his manager. The manager said that he would *try* to get it to me in less than an hour. I asked him if he understood that would mean that I will be waiting 3 hours for a pizza and he stated that he did realize this. I asked what they were going to do for me due to the extreme wait and all he would offer was a small credit on my next order. I clearly don’t plan on ordering from this location again, so that really did not resolve the issue. At that point, I decided to cancel my order. All three people I spoke to were apologetic, especially the delivery driver and teenage boy who answered the phone. However, the manager tried to blame it on my address, which«doesn’t show up on GPS» and was not very willing to resolve the issue. As far as the«GPS thing» goes, I have GPS and it shows up on mine. Also, if you know it’s an issue, then you should make sure EVERY delivery driver knows about it.

I am only giving them a 1 because there is no zero. Where do I start we order a pizza on line tonight and the estimated delivery time is 2am. So we attempt to call several times and after waiting 20 minutes we were able to speak with someone. The person on the phone informed us that they were too busy and they would not be able to deliver our pizza tonight… No apology no anything we will just cancel your order… This has been our 3rd or 4th bad experience with them!!!

Worst place ever to get pizza don’t go here is the worst Pizza Hut there is! I ordered my pizza online and there was a glitch in their system froze and put my order through before, I could complete or change anything, so I called them immediately since I didn’t get a confirming email about my order and they said there’s nothing they could do about it because they didn’t receive anything, they came back after keeping me on hold and told me that the order had been placed and is in the oven already so I asked to speak to a manager so I could change the order, then the manager came on the line with an attitude and told me that the pizzas were already in the oven and and that they only had three pans which I think is complete lot how could you run a Pizza Hut store with only three pans? Anyway I asked him nicely for the change order because there was a computer glitch in these things tend to happen that’s the modern-day world we live in, mistakes happen computers crash, but she didn’t understand, and instead started having a bad attitude towards me tell me well I should never placed it and there’s nothing I can do in a very rude and mean way to this I got very upset because it was a simple matter of correcting a mistake which costs them literally nothing to accomplish but instead they wanted to argue with the customer which in my world is completely wrong the customers always right because the customer is the one the pays the bills the customer is the one that pays your salary the customer is the one that it is responsible for the store being open running and making a profit in the first place, so key rule of thumb is never ever disrespect your customer so unless you want to go here and get disrespected and treated like crap go ahead and they make the pizza like they want to not like Pizza Hut wants them to this remember that next time that you go order pizza here chances are will be treated worse than a dog !

I ordered pizza on 9÷21÷13, the service was excellent. The guy the took the order over the phone was friendly and the order was correct. I arrived on time and the pizza was ready and hot. When I paid, the girl at the counter was very friendly and opened each pizza to make sure it was correct and asked if I needed any condiments. The kitchen was wide open so I can see how they prepared the food(unlike other chains where it’s hidden). I would recommend this location.

Stuffed crust pizza is the only thing I like at Pizza Hut. But I actually love it. And when I’m too cheap to spring for it, I substitute DiGiorno’s stuffed crust. And, after my last order here, I’ll probably always get the DiGiorno’s instead. Since it’s close to home, I pick up my orders. I walked in, and my pizza wasn’t ready. That’s alright, I can wait. Probably 20 – 30 minutes later, I’m informed that they made the wrong pizza/dropped the pizza/something else ridiculous, so they’re making me a new one. They threw in some free breadsticks. So I took the pizza home and chowed down. Thin crust is awesome and all, but not when it’s cracker thin with the consistency of a cracker sitting in a bowl of soup for an hour. It was obvious that the dough was rolled too thin. And some of the cheese was burnt. This hasn’t happened with every order, but can some quality control be put in place? I’ll admit, I eat it mostly for the STUFFEDCRUST part anyway, which is what made this edible. But was it worth the $ 14 or so, when I can get a DiGiorno that takes just as long for half the price? Nah. Armand’s, Rosati’s, and Luigi’s are all far superior pizza places in Plainfield. And if I haven’t plugged it enough, I’ll do it again: DiGiorno’s frozen stuffed crust pizza is a perfect substitue. This location is take-out/delivery only.

Consistent with other pizza huts I’ve eaten at over the decades. Stuffed crust pizza takes me back to the house party days of freshman/sophmore years of hs and although its not the best pizza, it holds a special place in my heart for that. The food was as expected, the service friendly. The location is close, and I inevitably have to have food from each pizza place in a 3 mile radius after I move, that’s just the way it is.
