I ordered online an hour and a half ago! I called the store and the phone just rang rang and rang. The store is around the corner from me so I decided to come by just to pick it up. because I’m starving! Come in and theres a line and two employees! Both look confused and lost! When i tell the guy that I ordered online he tells me that there phone doesn’t work and they never got my order. So now i have to wait for my order to be made! This is craziness! The man told one customer his whole staff called out! I dont wanna wait another whole hour for my food. They need to be better with this a simple call or something they dont even answer the dang phone! He just had to give away a pizza i feel bed but im hungry and so is my family! I asked for a refund and he refunded me the original price 42.20! Then charged me 18.73 saying he gave me some discount! If i want a refund thats what i want i dont wanna wait and I’m not paying for anything I’m not getting!!! Now I’m on the phone with the office, shes trying to get in touch with the store but theres no way the phones dont work!

obviously Pizza Hut is a fantastic go to when you need something greasy and yummy. Didn’t give full stars because this location is a bit small — more of a take it and go kind of place but that’s okay. Staff was friendly and food came out quick. no complaints here!

This location is extremely dirty. On top of that they were way understaffed on a Friday night and the food was over 25 min late from the time guaranteed. To make matters worse there was zero apology or empathy. One guy was just sitting at a computer the entire time… Maybe he was on break, but perception is everybody. Zero hustle, zero empathy, zero brand pride. This isn’t how you earn or keep customers. Very disappointed.

Once they gave us the wrong order. Another time, they took much longer than what on the order. Today, I ordered two pizzas. The delivery tine was supposed be 6:50. I came in pairs the bill at 7:00. As I was waiting, I felt that they had no sense of urgency. The staff were casually walking and talking among themselves. Considering this was the peak time, I felt odd. Ten minutes later, thay called me and I was in the store. They did not walk over and talk to me. They told me that they ran out of crust. They haven’t even put the pizza in the oven. I should go the Italian village next time.

Tried their new XL pizza and it was pretty good. Definitely huge! It’s a really long, rectangular shaped pizza, and they slice it in thin and narrow. For a gamy of 3, this pizza lasted the whole weekend. We liked it so much that we didn’t mind eating all the left overs. We also had their chicken alfredo pasta, but that wasn’t as good. I did enjoy this dessert that they use the same bread from their breadsticks to coat it with chocolate and chopped up almonds. It tasted like a brownie. It was pretty good, although, a tad bit on the greasy side. Overall, not bad.

Wow… This location has been around for years. The interior of the place had changed a couple years ago, and looked nicer and cleaner than before. This ISN’T a standard Pizza Hut restaurant. Even though there were a few tables and chairs for dine-in and benches for those(like myself) waiting to «carry-out», this location was specifically for«phone-in and carry-out», «carry-out», and delivery purposes. Parking was never an issue, especially since the lot is shared with the Farmer’s Market. We came in today because we had a coupon for a carry-out, which was for a large 3-topping pizza. We had extra cheese(EXTRAFEE), ½ mushroom, ½ pepperoni, and green peppers. We waited for 12 – 15 minutes for our order, which was standard. After that, we got our pizza and went on home. The pizza was delicious, especially with the extra cheese. Nothing was burnt, and nothing else was amiss. So why the 3 stars? Customer service wasn’t the best this time. In fact, during the time we waited, we noticed that there was only ONE person working. He had to take our orders and make all of the pizzas. He felt very overwhelmed. Where were all the other employees to assist and alleviate the order load? Overall, an OK location to order some pizzas.

My grievances… 1. They do not participate in Pizza hut’s online ordering system. I dont understand why they can’t step into the 20th century and get their act together. There are plenty of times I dont want to interact with humans and online ordering can make things so much easier. This is also a problem because… 2. They have messed up my order several times. 1 time may be a fluke. 2 times may be a coincidence. 3 times… now it’s a problem. Otherwise, when they get it right, they are an average Pizza Hut. they are definitely the closest to me, so I guess beggars can’t be choosers. However, I remember the quote… «Fool me once, shame on me. Fool me seven or more times…»

(It says it’s closed, but it is not) We’ve ordered from this place(delivery) several times over the past year. We’ve never had a problem with the food. I know we live in the northeast where everyone thinks New York pizza is the best, but I’m a pizza hut pan pizza lover, end of story. Have to warn you though, the service here is very spotty. Sometimes good, sometimes bad. I have probably ordered deliver about 6 times in the last year, and 3 times something went wrong. Once, the pizza took 2 hours. Once we accidentally got the wrong pizza and had to go back and switch it. Once we were called 45 minutes after we ordered it and they said they didn’t have anyone to deliver pizzas that night and that it was ready but we would have to come and get it, needless to say we cancelled the order, for which they responded, «guess we will just have to throw it out.» We emailed the area manager everytime something went wrong and he promptly gave us coupons and credits to come back. We still order from them, the pizza is good, but wish they had their act together more often. Would probably be wise to do carryout if possible.
