The owner, Jim, was willing to speak with me on the phone for as long as I needed after his company performed its testing. He was very thorough and informative, and even provided advice as to aesthetically pleasing ways of installing radon reduction systems (very useful in terms of taking the next step of interviewing installation contractors). Highly recommended!

Find a better company. This guy is definitely «accurate testing challenged». Plus, be aware that he also bills himself as a home inspector as well. Nothing wrong with that but be careful for the upsell!
On a side note, be aware that it is illegal in Illinois for a radon inspection company that performed the test on your home, to perform any mitigation work on the same property.
