If I could give it less than 1 star I would. Sprint as a company is headed out of business if this store is any example of their business model. Let me start out by saying I have been a sprint customer since before sprint and Nextel were separate companies. I had a great experience with another store and I’ll write another review on them I was sent to this store because the store I have been dealing with was out of stock. The customer service at the Plainfield Sprint Store is the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my whole life. The customer service rep was condescending, rude and treated me like I was interrupting his day. He tried to explain and it only got worse. He talked down to me as if I was 2. I will never set foot in that store again. Wow what a shock…

We stopped in to ask questions about plans, service and phones since our contract was ending but the music outside was so loud you couldn’t hear the sales people… said something and they didn’t seem concerned that we couldn’t hear them and they certainly didn’t care. Taking my business somewhere else.
