Completely unprofessional. Beware of Thomas Warfel. I agree completely with the other reviewer, lazy and incompetent. Not to mention he walked all through our clean house with wet dirty shoes!

BUYERS BEWARE!!! Thomas Warfel of Stillwater Appraisal Services is the most INCOMPETENT «appraiser» in the area. His appraisal of our 3,200 square foot, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home in Frankfort was completely inaccurate, dishonest, and extremely low. The comps he used were homes in a different school district (less desirable) and used 3 bedroom homes, just adding $ 4,000 for a 4th bedroom (which you cannot put a price tag on as we all know). When these inaccuracies were brought to his attention for a reconsideration, his lackadaisical and lazy attitude toward his job ignored them. As far as I am concerned, he is unethical, lazy and incompetent. His incompetence has cost us a contract. Please do not use this company, and don’t let Thomas Warfel on your property to appraise your valuable home.
