Sorry Monica, this might be the worst KFC. Unfortunately its the only one in my area. They are extremely slow, always out of biscuits and continue to get orders wrong! I refuse to go through the drive thru anymore after waiting over 20 minutes. The workers are courteous that is the only plus and reason for the 2 stars. The District Manager(Myrna Williams) who clearly list her name and phone number on the drive thru window never responded to my complaint until I contacted KFC directly and informed them of this. She then went on to tell me she did not appreciate me contacting KFC directly and giving her name.(Now I will put her name everywhere) I informed her I did this because it has been over a month and she never responded. She then went on to say she was on vacation and asked if I answered or returned calls while on vacation. REALLY you were on vacation for a month. She also told me to next time contact the store manager and she doesn’t deal with this. Very Rude. Why do you have your name and number listed for feedback??? Needless to say missing biscuits and slow service has escalated to the Regional Manager. Why not just apologize and offer to replace my biscuits. So sad and unnecessary.

Disgusting! One of the scuzziest fast food restaurants I’ve ever stepped foot into. I stopped going here because they are usually out of what I want and you have to wait forever for them to make more. But one time I went inside. The crew was a bunch of unkempt, dirty looking teenagers and 20 somethings. I stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes with no one approaching to help me. In fact, some of them just sort of stared at me from afar each looking like they were hoping someone else would approach the front counter first. There was also a ton of water all over the kitchen floor, like something had flooded over. The place was very dirty and unsanitary looking. It felt like there was no leadership in the building. After watching how they handled the food I decided not to order and left. I will never go back!

I long for the days of good service with a smile. I went to the drive through of this store during off peak hours. My experience here is all too familiar with fast food chains these days. Her: What can I get ya’ Me: I’ll have a 3pc din… Her: Original or crispy? Me: Original and white meat pl… Her: That it? Me: Mashed and cole slaw for the sides. Her: That it? Me: That’ll do it. Her: Pull up! The manager at the window noticed me writing the area phone number down and did try to apologize when I asked for the order takers name, but it was too late. I bet the order taker is the first one with her hand out for a $ 15 hr min wage though. Smh. For the record, the food was served fast fresh and as expected. I like the little cups they put the sides in, but it does seem like a smaller serving. Will I eat here again? Unfortunately, I probably will. I have become accustomed to the lack of courtesy at fast food restaurants(well except for chick fil’a or culvers… so far).

This isn’t the best KFC, but it isn’t the worst either. I would give it 3 stars as average. Don’t believe the lies KFC doesn’t serve gmo featherless chickens. That was all a hoax. The best KFC I have been to is the one in Kentucky that has a buffet with all you can eat chicken and sides.
