Good quality burgers, good service overall. We’ve been here on a number of occasions and have had consistent quality. This location is often used for school fund raising, so it can get very busy in the evening.

I am pretty sure the woman with salt and pepper hair whose voice was so raspy it sounds like she has been smoking since she left the womb can’t even spell the words customer service much less deliver it. How dare she chastise me for attempting to utilize a coupon given to me following a good deed. If this branch chooses not to participate, at least be nice about the refusal rather than lecturing your customer. Your rudness cost you a sale of dinner for six people. She didn’t even offer to take an order from us.

Food was good. I had the butter burger was a little disappointed I thought it was the same as windys double burger. The ice cream is always the best. And they do bring the food to the table.

My family & I love this place! It’s always fresh & hot but a bit greasy & pricey. I guess we are paying for the fresh made burgers & other food items, instead of the food sitting under a heat lamp! I always get the bacon & cheese butter burger w/the works!

My kids like to come here because of the shakes. The food is average, but the service is always friendly. Depending on who makes your shakes/concrete mixers, they might be really good or really watery. They’re cheese curds are really good if you’ve never had them and they’re food always comes out piping hot. Give them a try and see for yourself.

Love their Crinkle Cut Fries, always nice and hot in drive thru. Crispy Chicken sandwich is good too but the concrete mixers are great! M&M and Reese Cup sooo good.

Restaurant was clean, the food was good, and the staff was kind and accommodating. Shakes were creamy and the food was cooked to order and hot! We have zero complaints!

A few Sundays ago, my wife & stopped here just to get ice cream for her and lemon ice for me and this place was a disaster. My wife LOVES Culvers, I think its just oay, I’ve eaten at more of these locations than I’d like to admit. I also think I can make a better burger than them, but that’s another issue. Anyway we walk in and though its 60 degrees outside, this place in burning up in there, no A/C or nothing, feels like the kitchen. Only 2 – 3 teenagers working there and they are overwhelmed, no manager or anyone over 19 years old. We order our ice cream/lemon ice and after a long 5 – 10 minutes some half melted ice cream and lemon is brought to us. We went to eat outside to get some air because the place is so warm and stuff and the ice cream/lemon ice is now officially a drink without a straw, we deal with it and enjoy what we can and that’s it. My wife emailed the company but got the address wrong(thought this was Plainfield not Joliet), and the Plainfield manager wrote back and then my wife recomplained to the Joliet manager, nothing. I think Culver’s over expanded and its now starting to show in the inconsistency of their restuarants, but its fast food(though they call it fast casual), but you know what you’re getting in these places and most of the time, it ain’t good.

I stopped by this Culver’s on the way to a friends house, I ordered the pulled pork sandwich, fries, and pop, The pork was one of the best I’ve ever had, it was quite a surprise for a fast food place, you got plenty of meat and it was well seasoned, the fries were salty and crisp making them tasty indeed, the pop, Pepsi, yes that is worth a star in itself, everyone seems to have acid coke, having Pepsi made me smile. McDonald’s pay attention there’s a new kid in town
