I would highly recommend Mike from TR Miller. He immediately figured out why we were getting cold air from our furnace. He was prompt and courteous. He was very honest and upfront about the pricing.

Ben installed my new whole house humidifier today, he arrived at the time I was told he would and finished at exactly the time I was quoted in just under two hours. Ben is courteous, professional and friendly and cleaned up any mess created by the work. I highly recommend these guys!

AWESOMESERVICE! Tim came out on Thursday and a/c unit was installed and fully operational by 1:00 pm on Friday. Very Happy! Would highly recommend! Do not hesitate to use them. We had previous experience with them when our heat went out and had awesome service then too!

My AC quit working two summers ago when it was 90 damn degrees out and I called TR Miller, talked to a very nice lady on the phone, she sent out a tech to my house to find the problem with my AC. Tech arrived when straight to work checking out everything and within 5 mintues found that I had a bad capacitor he replaced it and turned the system on again and the cold air just started blowing again was so happy for the quick and affordable service thought it was going to cost me a arm and a leg. If anything happens to my heating and cooling unit again I’ll be calling the good folks at TR miller to get back up and running.

I’ve been using TR Miller for over 10 years and have no complaints. I recently called for service on my American Standard furnace. Appointment was set up quickly, technician called when on route and arrived when he said he would. The Technician knew his stuff! Very knowledgeable about the furnace, and how to repair what was wrong. He also provided a few tips for me to help maintain my furnace. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again for HVAC service or replacement products.

I hate these guys, which I feel like I can honestly say because I’ve given them several chances. I tried to have them clean my air ducts & after the technician poked around my house for 5 minutes, he announced that it couldn’t be done because I have vents in the ceiling. I ended up calling around & having it done by someone else, so it was clearly not impossible. The Aprilaire they installed began making a very loud whistling noise after a few months, so I had them check it out & was told that this happens with that type of unit & that I’d have to deal with it. Not sure why they’d install a unit they knew was going to be defective, except to make money off of the resulting service calls. If you do have to call over, just plan on taking that day off of work because they never show up when they’re supposed to. They’re almost always a couple of hours late. Last night, I came home to a broken heater & my house at 60 degrees. I called & they said someone could come out«sometime tomorrow»…really specific. This morning, I received a phone call saying that a technician would be out to my house around noon & after 3 hours, I am still waiting for him to show up. After calling to ask what happened, I was assured that I am the technician’s «next call». Great, I will be waiting in my 40-degree house after missing an entire day of work, praying that my pipes don’t burst & freezing my butt off. I have learned my lesson now & will never make the mistake of calling TR Miller again.

Terrible company. I spent over $ 5K to have an entire new system installed in 12⁄2010. 5⁄2013 the AC continually has problems. My only option with them was for an emergency service call otherwise my renters would have to wait a week for someone to come out. I was charged $ 130 for this«service» call. The guy was at the house a total of 10 minutes. All he checked was the refridgerant pressure(didn’t add any) and declared it fixed. Gave me some excuse about the filter must have been clogged and then changed just before he got there… Bullsh*t. Nothing else was checked — no drybulb/wetbulb temps, static pressure, thermal expansion valve, nothing. He left and realized he didn’t get the paperwork signed so he came back and just walked right in the house and scared the crap out of my renters. Now the next hottest day hits and it’s still not fixed. Can’t even get a call back from their supposed 24 hour service. I’m also told the installation was not up to code as the exhaust vents directly onto the AC unit and the intake/exhaust is directly under a window. Avoid at all costs.
