Very disappointed in this company. They came out (they were late and I was their first appt) for a slow tub drain and told us they had to snake the line and it would be $ 240! They also said if they needed to do another line it would be another $ 240. I called another plumber and was told their charge would be $ 135 to snake a main line. I paid Tritan their $ 45 trip fee and asked them to leave. The other plumber was here in 45 minutes, found two clogs both at the very beginning of the pipes, fixed everything and charged me $ 65. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Called at 8pm on a Saturday evening. Phone was promptly answered. My kitchen sink would no longer drain. Scheduled a service call for Sunday morning. Tommy Appell came out and diagnosed the issue in a few minutes. My drain line needed to my rodded out. Tom had the issue fixed in about 90minutes. No fuss, no mess. Gave us several tips on how to avoid issues in the future. Next time I need a plumber, I will call Tritan!

Ted helped out my mother in law after a water line burst under her bathroom sink. He was fast and professional and didn’t try to sell or fix anything that wasn’t broken. He got her back up and running in no time and even made sure nothing else in house needed attention. I would definitely recommend, honest and professional company. I will be using Tritan exclusively moving forward, I’m glad I found them.

Tritan answered our phone call on the evening and was very prompt and helpful. We scheduled our appt. and Justin came within the hour scheduled. I was not available at the time but we had family in town who over saw the work and rated the job. He was kind and courteous throughout. Our leaky toilet was fixed and a potential major problem was uncovered before our floor would have been damaged. It was a fair price based on other plumbing jobs I’ve had done.
Only minor issue is that I did not receive the pictures he took and was to send to my phone.
Overall it was a job well done. And will use them in the future. I would recommend them to others!

Plumber promptly came out to fix the clog/replace the pipe in the wall. Had an issue with the work days later and contacted the plumber about it. He said he’d come out to fix it on his own time and to not contact the company because they’d charge us. He didn’t show when he said he would so we texted him. He apologized and said he’d come tomorrow. Didn’t show that day either. We contacted the company and they told us they’d have to talk to the plumber first and that there may be a charge. Person on the phone was rude and kept accusing me of not communicating with my fiancé. She kept telling me lies and was supposed to call me back this morning after speaking to the plumber but I haven’t gotten a call back yet.

I knew I needed a new water heater and I’m glad I called Tritan. They did a professional job, did not try and sell me anything I didn’t need and replaced connections that were old and failing. The work was clean and service on time.

Ted and his crew were very prompt at 8 AM on a Saturday. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable. I’m a bit overbearing with my extensive questions, but Ted was able to quickly and easily explain everything I asked about. In the future, for any plumbing work I have, I’m calling Tritan Plumbing first. Thank you for everything, Ted!
