Worst post office! Hours are 11 – 3 pm, they open door when they want, 11:20! They close before 3:00! They are clueless. They gave me the wrong postAge rate for wedding invitations and they all came back to me. It cost me double! I asked if they can hand stamp them, she said I don’t hand stamp, but you can! They have city worker mentality in there.

I called to locate my parcel and no one answered the phone until the seventh time I called. The supervisor was clueless to where my parcel was and had no helpful information for me. I also called first thing the next morning to no answer, still waiting for this issue to be resolved.

If I could give half a star I would. It does not matter what time you get there, you will wait and wait and then wait some more. There are never enough people behind the counter. The staff are friendly and helpful, when you finally get to an open window.
