Terrible company. We had Michael come to our house for a door replacement, signed a contract promising instillation within 4 – 6 weeks, and put down 50%. Weeks went by with no word on when the door would actually arrive. Phone calls, texts and emails went unanswered.
A week after the contract expired and many more calls, texts and emails unanswered, we received a simple letter in the mail stating they couldn’t get the door we wanted after all, and a check refund. It is completely unprofessional to waste 7 weeks of my time, a refusal to answer my communications and then not have the courtesy, respect or courage to actually get on the phone and tell me they couldn’t replace the door. Rather they wimped out and sent a letter in the mail. I warn others, do not deal with this company.

Great company from start to finish. We have used them to replace windows and doors in one home and then windows, doors and trim work in the other. They have been absolutely great. We first called them in January of 2014, they immediately set up an appointment to come out to our house and take a look at what we wanted. Our salesmans name was Steve, he arrived promptly at 6 P.M. as they said. Upon his arrival, he explained to use that he was not only there for what we wanted but he would then tell us what we needed. he was awesome, he took some measurement, should us what the windows were made of and then showed us a window. Steve had to excuse himself to take a phone calll from his wife, and I remember saying to my husband, «that there was no way possible we would be able to afford theses doors and windows.» Through his masterful presentation, i kept asking what they were going to cost. Steve just kept on assuring me that his price was his best feature. Upon Steves return he worked up the numbers. Now the drum roll… to our amaze the price was just as good as Steve. We moved forward and signed the contract. Windows By Murray had told us it would take them 4 to 6 weeks and they had it done in 5 weeks. Their installers were great and very hard workers. You cant go wrong using this company, they did exactly what we were told. Our houses look like a totally different place.
