Dunkin’ Donuts

Very Inconsistent. I’ve been here a few times and it’s always been a crap shoot if my coffee was served correctly. Today, my daughter and I both purchased Macchiatos and the milk was bad. Won’t be coming to this location again.

Extremely inconsistent. Writing a review while drinking some super sweet coffee. Asked for a dash of caramel to be added to my latte and the outcome is a sugar rush without adding any sugar !
It’s conveniently located but driving down to a Starbucks would be a better option if you are looking for consistency.

They recently moved! Yay! But the service didn’t change. In the morning there’s a really rude guy serving/​making the coffee, and the register is constantly messing up orders. I went on a Thursday: Although I have more empathy for the ppl at the register, the guy making the coffee was not worth it. I recommend going in the afternoon, they always get my order right.

This particular location is not 24 hours and a majority of the time the service is OK!!! The reason for three stars is that the store says it closes at 10pm… However one Tuesday night it was 945pm and it was locked!!! An employee in there seemed to be cleaning up!!! He opened the door and ended up serving us!!! He says he closes the doors early so he can be out at 10pm… That definitely is not professional service from Dublin… This happened in 2012!!!

It’s a Dunkin donuts. Does Dunkin donut food and stuff. But my recent experience with the closing staff was they were really friendly and did a commendable job.

I wish I could give negative stars. I have been a regular customer at this store since I began work in Plainsboro in 2007. I had received a coupon for a free beverage in January with an expiration date of 4÷29÷15. The coupon was on a receipt from this very store. I asked to use it on 4÷15÷15 and the manager looked at it and said I could not use it because it had expired. I pointed out that the coupon said 4÷29÷15 but he shook his head and said it expired. So then I asked him for the coupon back and he refused to give it back. I really like Dunkin coffee but will not enter this store ever again. It was embarrassing to argue with this man. The It’s A Grind coffee shop is right across the street and is actually more convenient to get in and out of and I will give them my business instead. You should too. This is not the first time I have received rude treatment at this Dunkin store but it will be the last.

This is a combination Dunkin’ Donuts — Baskin Robbins, which always begs the question: where is my donut sundae?
The locations is kinda inconvenient as it’s in the back of the strip mall complex that now lacks an anchor store. Pretty standard for a DD. They got my order wrong once and didn’t hesitate to replace it, which is always nice.

warning… food poisoning alert! do not order the chicken salad wrap from this dunkin donuts!!! after eating it, i had severe diarrhea for almost a week. i will never eat there again.

Young man was so friendly very early in the morning! Donut was delicious as I expected. Very convenient hours.

This is one of the usual places for my fiancé and I to meet up. We catch up on things at this Dunkin Donunts often. We like the friendly cashiers, the food has been consistent in quality and the ambiance is good.

It got 3 stars only because it upholds the standard of food and drink i expect from the DD chain stores. My coffee was really good and my egg white flatbread was standard. That being said…
Minus 2 stars: The manager, Ahmed is SUPER RUDE. He was soo rude to an elderly male customer when the customer asked for his proper change back after realizing he was charged more for a combo (or something very similar to this storyline). Anyhow, I did send corporate an email about this incident. Even though it didnt happen to me, this old man could have been my grandpa. he should not have been disrespected like he was.
Also, it seems like the manager is trying to cut corners (idk, there could be another explanation) and its very apparent in the stores condition. ²⁄₃ times i’ve been here, its been a mess.. there seems to be only one high schooler working here and i feel bad for him.
Note to plainsboro’s DD management– idk whats with the attitude. Be nice, plainsboro is a nice town. We smile at each other and serve each other with respect. Show some back.

I’m a sucker for free things (if you couldn’t tell).
When you put a sign in the window advertising a free donut with coffee purchase, why would I pass up the donut?
I bought a coffee and asked for my free donut.
The cashier lady gave me serious attitude and almost didn’t give me my donut.
I nearly had to climb over the counter and give her a beat down.
Thankfully, I walked away with my coffee AND donut.
But as I was leaving, I watched them take down the sign.
At least I got my free donut.
And in return, they got my coffee purchase AND a one star.
