My husband and I have purchased our glasses here for years. They are professional, do excellent work and most important stand behind their product if there is a problem.

These gals know how to do business. First of all, if you are like me, I am incredibely busy. I avoid doctor appointments until absolutely necessary. Unless it’s for my eyes. Three things, 1) I am in front of my computer almost 8 hours a day and rely on a good comfortable pair of glasses to get my work done. 2) I absolutely want a frame that is light and looks good 3) I am a long course triathlete who relies on a pair of sunglasses that are reliable, comfortable and sturdy for the vigourous training I put them through. All of these needs were handled superbly by the staff at Optical Image. Cheryl offers a great thorough exam with a big smile on her face and Heather matches it with her fashion expertise in eyewear. This is a fun place to visit, kid friendly with a selection that is ready for the runway. If you are a triathlete, Rudy Project and Oakleys are here in all your team colors. Plenty of shopping to do afterwards in the convienient location. No one comes close to the excellent festive environment.

My experience with Optical Image has been overwhelmingly positive. My need for quality vision care is typical with diminishing vision capability as I’ve grown older. I needed improvement for both reading as well as driving. My initial exam, and, prescriptions addressed those issues with two pair of eyeglasses in early 2014. Later that year I suffered two concussions within one week doing everyday activities. Additionally, I likely suffered multiple concussions having played sports throughout my youth at a time when concussion syndrome, and, diagnosis was unknown. In December 2014, I was examined by a neurologist who diagnosed me as having suffered a concussion. However, there is no course of treatment except rest, and«don’t hit your head again.» Unfortunately, the result of my head trauma has been progressive diminished vision quality. headaches, neck pain, and, head tilt. These symptoms are quality of life issues. I needed to find resolution, and, thankfully I found it at Optical Image in 2015. The ophthalmologist, Dr. Cheryl Berger, is a specialist in the Neurological Component of vision; the brain, and, it’s ability to see correctly. Dr. Berger’s exams are meticulously thorough as she takes the time, and, effort to get the proper prescription. Additionally, her personable, friendly demeanor provides reassurance that there will be a positive outcome. Candidly, for my case, this has been a process, as I’ve tried three different prescriptions of bifocals, progressives, and, clip on lenses for reading, and, distance. Dr. Berger, and, the Optical Image staff have been supportive throughout. Obviously I needed frames. The optometrist, Heather Blank is fabulous. Her forte is style. Heather takes the time, and, effort with suggestions to try on several pair, if not more, as I decided which one I liked the best. She has the ability to select the best fashionable frame to complement my appearance. I found support, and, resolution for my vision quality, headaches, and, neck pain. I no longer have a head tilt. Thank you Optical Image.
