Guess who just bought a mattress @ PC RiChards? Great experience & a great price. Michael .V. the salesman was incredible. I have gone to Sleepys & other mattress stores and I Hate the high pressure sales tactics that they use. Mike was a gentleman & was honest. Pillow top Mattress is comfy & didn’t break the bank. Update Sept 2015. I stopped in the store this week for info on a new refrigerator, stovetop, oven and dishwasher for my kitchen remodel. Ken Hammer was amazing as always. He has called me at home offering suggestions in the process of re-​doing a kitchen. The history from previous post:
Our first trip in we met salesman, Ken Hammer. Ken has proven to be the most amazing salesmen I have ever worked with and because of his hard work, sincerity, and consideration he gave to us, is what brought us back time again and again to make purchases. After the purchase of a new home — and following a flood we needed many things, the first visit was for a large screen TV. With great patience, Ken gave us an education and we purchased a large screen Sony and wall bracket. Delivery was flawless… no problems. It was during that visit that we learned that PC Richard was about to sell mattresses. In need of 3 new mattresses, we chose to wait till the day they began selling mattress to purchase 3 very expensive Sealy Mattresses and boxsprings from PC rather than another mattress store. (See separate review and rating). Working with Ken was the reason we went on to purchase 2 wall air conditioners, a grill, dishwasher and subsequently another dishwasher for another home. One of the dishwashers was short on a hose upon delivery and Ken made certain that the installers came out the next day to fix it on a Sunday! We were so impressed with the service that we decided to install ductless air conditioning from PC Richard too. (see separate review) All the electronics we purchased were delivered on time, and Ken always followed up to make sure everything was delivered as expected. All theses appliance purchases FAR EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS! We are so grateful to have met Ken and will continue to make purchases thru him as we continue our renovations.
When it came time to getting estimates to install ductless air conditioners, Ken couldn’t be more helpful. I had interviewed many companies for pricing and all of them gave different opinions on how to install, where to install and which type to buy. Kay from PC Richard came in with info on a Daiken which no one had previously recommended. After researching with consumer reports, I learned that Daiken was the way to go. Had it Installed and I am so happy! Yes Ken made sure the warranty arrived!
PC Richard Plainview is a 5 Star Review for electronics … The service was more than friendly. All the managers were accommodating when Ken had his day off. Stay tuned for my Sealy Mattress purchase Review which can be found on the PC Richard Corp Unilocal page.
Update Sept 2015: stopped in the Plainview store now a few months later as we are remodeling kitchen for a new refrigerator and stove. Ken Hammer to the rescue again. Kitchen remodeling is confusing but I am confident to leave the picks in Kens experienced hands!

Adam was so helpful and easy to work with! He helped me stay within my budget and find an ideal television for my apartment! The store was so clean and relaxing it was a easy experience and recommend they ask for Adam! Thank you PC!

P.C. Richard & Son is the only place I shop for my appliances and electronics. I highly recommend you ask for Jason B. He is a sales/​manager there and knows a lot about the products. If he can’t help you he makes sure that his staff takes good care of you. In fact, he suggested a certain brand TV based on the fact that I had a child and the imaging was researched to be better. In the past year, I bought a large flat screen, sound system, DVD player, stove, hood and dishwasher all from Jason.

Went shopping for a flat screen and wasn’t too knowledgable about smart tv’s.
thankfully a gentleman named Jason Brathwate helped me. He really knows his stuff. I was frustrated when I first walked in and left smiling with a big tv that I love!!!
