Ralphie is a great guy and has a fantastic little café trailer, that’s accessible off the LIE. The food is AMAZING!!! He has the best specials, so tasty. And the old reliables: steak sandwich, sausage and peppers and hamburgers are out of this world. A MUST TRY! DO IT!!!

Cheap prices & Great Food!!! The fronuts are out of this world. Definitely a good quick spot. Breakfast ends at 10 am fyi.

Grabbed a perfectly delicious bacon, egg and cheese on a roll sandwich there this weekend on my way home from work. The guy at the grill (Ralph I’d imagine) provides very quick, courteous service. And for $ 3.50 it was dead on. I think he does lunch also. Just make sure you don’t get killed exiting the LIE and trying to move over to the shoulder.

Greatest food truck in LI or anywhere in tri-​state area. Everything made with quality ingredients and TLC. The owners and staff are very friendly and go out if there way to be helpful, cheerful, and experts on the area. Don’t miss this spot for a quick amazing meal!

I can’t tell you how long Ralphie’s been here, but I was surprised to see that no one’s ever added his truck to Unilocal!Ralphie has great food and a great personality. He has daily specials as well as a standard «hot dog truck menu». Check him out if you’re in the area.
