Starbucks

Overall, I find that this Starbucks is an excellent location, as it is clean and well-​kept and always has excellent service. I stopped in here this morning after doing a grocery shopping at the Shoprite in this shopping center, as my mom wanted a Venti Half-​Caf Pike. When I entered this Starbucks, I found that the joint was jumping, as there were many people enjoying their drinks. Inside this location, which is a bit on the smallish side, I found that is was very clean and had a nice, bustling atmosphere. I also liked the seating area with almost what is like a bay window, which allows a lot of light inside. If I would have stayed, this makes an awesome place to sit and enjoy your coffee. In the warmer months, there is also outside seating available with a few tables. At the counter, I was assisted by a young male barista, who was very friendly and efficient, not unlike the other employees who have helped me here on past visits. I ordered a Venti Half-​Caf Pike for $ 2.66, which is standard and it was made perfectly and quickly. My mom thought her Venti Half-​Caf Pike was excellent, as she found it to be well balanced, robust, and made to perfection! Based on many positive experiences at this Starbucks, I would definitely stop here again!

Service is not so good at this location and the place is always dirty and the workers are not so friendly.

I can’t tell you how many Starbucks I’ve been to in my life. This location has to be my favorite. The people here remember your name, are very friendly, and make you feel special. It’s always a pleasure coming here. Most of the time they even remember my order!

Wonderful staff, always polite and fast. The lines can feel overwhelming, but there is never a time I waited more than a few minutes. Truthfully, that was the customers fault for being unsure of what she wanted. The employee took it in stride and helped her out. Seating is limited, but it is a nice area with a green house feel. Never too hot in the summer and perfectly warm in the winter. The outdoor seating area is really nice as well.
I want to mention one specific incident recently. After a small get together for my spouses birthday, my mother and I went to get a coffee. We happily accepted our coffee and sat down. During the course of conversation my mother spilled her coffee all over the floor, my friend and myself. It was perfect temperature BTW. Anyway, the young lady behind the counter immediately asked if WE were all okay. They were not concerned about the spillage and even requested we not use the paper towels to clean it up as that would be wasting them. Within seconds a young man cleaned it up with a mop. My mother ran off to the bathroom to hide in embarrassment.
Here’s the part that got me, without any questions they made another coffee. No questions asked. I wish I got her name, but she has no idea how the simple act of making my mother coffee made my mother smile. A smile that has been hidden due to a recent loss in our family. It just proves that you never know what another person is going through at any given time… be nice — it might brighten someones day.

Upside: Nice outdoor seating in the warm weather. Due to cramped INDOOR seating here – the local Pre-​Med students plunk their asses at the Syosset Starbucks instead to use that location as a STUDY HALL taking up all the seats nightly (I really really wish they would just go to the LIBRARY for this) .
Downside: Inside is very small & uncomfortable. Male employees have ATTITUDE. the FEMALE employees here are nice though.

What’s not to love about Starbucks!
This location is my favored because the staff are awesome, my drink is always made the way I like it and it has tons of space.
The seasonal flavors have just hit the store and I can’t wait for my gingerbread latte.

Only Starbucks that never gets my order right. I always order Soy milk and they charge me for it, but never put it in my coffee. And the older lady takes her time to do your drink, I mean SHE TAKES A LOT OF TIME…

Small but efficient… Comfortable work space. Staff is always friendly and competent. One of the better Starbucks in the area.

Very good Starbucks. Busy but they have enough employees to handle the load. Seating indoor and outside with a nice patio tables and umbrellas for shade. Situated at the edge of a large shopping center so parking available.

Really friendly staff here. I never feel like they are annoyed with my order. In fact, today, a little girl didn’t like her order, so the mom asked if she could try something else. They were so accommodating and made her another drink without any attitude, which isn’t always the case. Once, I ordered a drink at another location and the lady grabbed a plastic cup and began writing. I said «oh that’s hot, not iced» and she threw the cup across and into the garbage and yelled like I just killed her puppy. Anyway, this place is always fast, accurate and the staff is great. Parking can be hectic in the morning. There’s a nice new patio area for outdoor lounging.

I love this Starbucks and it is located in a great shopping center with a ton of other stores (Modell’s, Ruby and Jenna, Sleepy’s, Denny’s Kids, NY&Co, Annie Sez). There is also a Chase Bank, Robeks smoothie, serve yourself yogurt shop, diner, European wax center, bakery, liquor store, massage envy, ShopRite, pizza place, Asian restaurant, yoga and Pilates studio, and urgent care centers needless to say this place is located in an awesome shopping center and it’s a one stop shop!
Now on to the Starbucks. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. They have gotten my drink order wrong once in maybe the million times I’ve been here and when it was wrong, they happily fixed it. There is a lot of seating inside but it can get crowded at times so I recommend coming early if you have work to do all day and want to get a clutch spot. They recently added a new outdoor seating area surrounded by a little garden and I must say I absolutely love it! There are also the standard benches that have always been there, definitely no lack of places to sit, just depends what you are looking to do.
It is always crowded when I come here but the place is fully staffed and no matter how long the line is I never seem to be waiting long at all! The staff is very efficient and works hard to make sure you’re not waiting long! Unlike some Starbucks I’ve been to, where coworkers chat up a storm or flirt with each other, that’s not the case here! The staff is professional friendly and courteous. What more could you ask for?! Highly recommend stopping in for your favorite drink next time you are in the area.

Broken wifi. One of the few reasons i am a patron of Starbucks is for their wifi. I spent $ 12 here and their «free wifi» doesn’t work.

All around great Starbucks.
This Starbucks is in a very good location with lots of parking and easy access.
The store itself is large with lots of seating.
The baristas here are great and always friendly.

This is a great Starbucks if you’re in a rush. Even when there are long lines they get you in and out. They always have a nice selection of sandwiches and snacks that look fresh. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. The store is always clean and has a nice little outdoor area for warmer days.

My go to Starbucks.
It’s a typical starbucks, but since I go here literally every day, it gets 5 stars from me!

OK, so the coffee tastes like Starbucks coffee here. Shocker. But here are some things you should know about this location…
–Small interior so you get a cold blast when someone opens the door to enter.
–Only about 6 tables with 2 chairs each. Be prepared to hear every other table and have them listen in on your chatter about an upcoming Unilocal Brunch Series :-D
–I think the AC was on while I was there. It’s December. Say whaaaaaa.
–Staff was friendly and competent. Bc of this the coffee is always made correctly and the line moves fast.
–There are some outdoor tables and benches (which would 5-​star this bad boy) but they are obviously seasonal.
–When it was packed the wifi went down a few times (curse you wifi) ((jk I luvs ya))
–They also have the best cheesesteaks in town { — –just made this up. (Cooler if it did though)
So, while the shopping center parking can be a nightmare, come here to get your caffeine kick. Just don’t plan on staying there to drink it.
