Not impressed with the service at all. I met with Steve on November 9 about flowers and arrangements for my wedding. My fiancé and I both liked Steve and what his business had to offer. He told us that brides sometimes have a difficult time with the speed at which he communicates. I understood where this was coming from since we all know some brides can get a little crazy. He said because of that, it would take a few days to get a quote for what I was asking. He said he would try to have it to me by Friday, and to make sure and check my spam mail. Flash forward to 3 weeks after our meeting and I still have heard nothing, not a peep. I sent Steve an email reminder, saying that I know he’s busy but I would like to sign a contract and secure him as my florist. I waited another 5 days, still nothing. I called the shop and left a message with whoever answered the phone. She told me Steve would get back to me the next day. Spoiler alert: he didn’t. I called again on Monday around 11am and was told by a woman that he was out of the shop but would get back to me as soon as he returned. At 4:15 I decided to make the call again myself because I knew they closed at 5 and I was at school with class starting at 4:30. Guess who answered the phone? Steve. He told me he had received my messages (yet he chose not to call me) and made the excuse that the shop was moving down the road so things have been busy. I told him it was wrong that I haven’t heard anything in a month, no one even sent a quick message about the move, apologizing for the delay. Steve then gave me attitude and said he hadn’t even announced it on Facebook until the previous Saturday. Nonetheless, he told me I would have my quote by the end of today… And here it is at almost 3pm and I’ve got nothing. Completely do not recommend getting your wedding flowers here, and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

My experience here was positive. Used them for my wedding. We met with Steve for an initial consultation… was very impressed with his honest feedback and suggestions. He didn’t try to «up-​sell» us, and listened to what we wanted. They delivered to my venue which was out of date in MA. Flowers were fresh and beautiful.

I ordered 4 bridesmaids bouquets and 1 bride bouquet. All white roses, fully opened and no stems. The flowers were yellow. Very upset how they looked, especially in pictures. They wrapped my flowers in ivory wrap when it was supposed to be white. I wouldn’t have been as annoyed if the ivory wasn’t a peach color, but it didn’t match my dress at all and I did not want it. The good thing was the delivery guy went immediately to get white ribbon and came back and wrapped the flowers in what I wanted. They also put these ugly black pins in the bridesmaids bouquet when I wanted rhinestones. My bouquet was the only one that came with Rhinestones. At least the price wasn’t too expensive.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Used to love this place before they moved locations. I generally buy flowers for my wife once a month or so averaging about $ 100 an order and had been very happy with what I’d get. After the store moved they missed deliveries and gave me dead flowers. It’s tuff finding a great florist so I gave them «3» chances before I stopped doing business with them anymore… I generally would call in an order and tell them to through together a nice bouquet for $ 100 bux. So I called in an order and had them delivered to wife work. When she got home there were dead and broken flowers through out the bouquet. I was upset but, figured everyone’s allowed a bad day. So the next month I went down to the shop to order. I told the lady the standard $ 100 order and she grabbed something they already had made in the cooler. I wasn’t happy with the flowers or the way some of them looked so asked her to make me a new bouquet. Than watched her pull the flowers out of the vase add acouple of new flowers and put them into a differant vase. Was upset but, was in a hurry and didn’t want to argue with the lady. The last time I ordered it was for my anniversary so I called them as soon as they opened to make sure they had time to deliver the order to my wife at work. which is 12mins from there shop. My wife came home after work with no flowers. The delivery never made it to her. When I called they didn’t know the order wasn’t delivered and offered me nothing but, to deliver the order the next day. Told them to forget it and I just wanted my money back. And in turn they delivered the flowers to the house the next day instead of my wife’s work and I was still charged. I really think they should have stayed a nice little local shop. He growth has seemed to do nothing but, hurt there business…
