They went above and beyond! Stopped by on a whim as I needed a full set of tires, they took me that day and beat the price of all large competitors. Will definitely refer them to all my friends!

I decided to go to Colonial Tire earlier this week based on the Unilocal reviews. The experience couldn’t have been better.
I had a blowout on 95, so knew I would need 2 new tires. And that’s exactly what i got. No one tried to talk me into 4 new tires or more expensive tires or other work. They sold me 2 new tires to match what I already had on the car… And had me in/out in well under an hour.
I live in NC so unfortunately this will likely be my only visit, but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Colonial to my friends/family in the area.

I brought my CR-V to Colonial for the first time this week and am so happy I did. The Unilocal reviewers were correct that it is a good, trustworthy shop.
I lost faith in NTB up the road after they kept suggesting more and more repairs. After being told my brake pads, rotors, and struts needed $ 1000+ of work I decided to get another opinion. Colonial Tire inspected everything, did a test drive, and said none of those issues existed. The backing plates were causing the grinding sound I heard and the fix cost me $ 25. They said my tires were getting worn but didn’t need replacement yet, and to come back in November to reevaluate them before winter. That’s it!
They will absolutely be my mechanics going forward. Everyone I dealt with was professional and knowledgeable. I’m glad I found them.

Incredible business! Extremely fast, professional, and fair-priced. Checked a few places in the area, got a few different quotes for what I knew was a wheel bearing issue, they called me back with a quote, I dropped it off at 9am, they called me by 11:30 and it was done, no hassle, no «oh you gotta fix this too» no nonsense, after reading other reviews here and hearing about other people’s experience, I don’t need to look any further for a place to get auto repairs.

Colonial is a great place… honest people that arent looking to screw you just to make a buck. Infact i trust them so much i’d rather pay to have them work on my car and know they are going to do a great job rather then have it worked on for free from the place i bought it!

Right pricing, excellent service, and friendly staff.
Only other place I’ve been to with service like this had free lemonade, popcorn and Wi-Fi. These guys just have magazines and cable TV.

I can’t say enough about these guys. I have a friend that said I should go over there as it’s the only people that they use.
I dropped off my wife’s car due to a check engine light. They called me and said that they can fix the issue, that it was do to her emmisions systems. But, it’s covered under a federal emmisions warrenty. And that if I were to take it to another dealer, they could fix it for free.
So, instead of just telling me that it needed to be fixed, they lost money by having another shop that handles the Federal Emmisons do the work.
That’s honest, and I will be back there now that I’m living just down the road.
