Parma is the best place to get real, authentic, delicious pizza. I will never go anywhere else. The sauce is fresh, the fresh mozzarella is delicious. I hate pizza that is smothered in cheese and grease. This pizza is the exact opposite of that. It is light, crispy and screams perfection. My 3-year-old won’t even eat pizza from anywhere else.

Their small pizza was a perfect size for two people. The crust was a good thin crust with a good amount of flavor or crispiness to it! The toppings– mozzarella, tomato and basil– was portion on the pizza where it didn’t slide off like some places nor did you need a knife and fork to get through it. The cheese was perfectly melted… tasty! We also split a side salad which was very large and loaded with more veggies than most pizzerias.

Seems to me that if you are hankerin for a real thin crust pizza, baked and browned to perfection then Parma Pizzeria fits that need. This place has been here for a while(previously under a different name) but the pizza maker, who I assume is the owner, is a mainstay. The simple pizza sauce and the fresh veggies make for a delicious experience. Everything seems to be made simple here. But, as the tastebuds can tell, there is a wide variety of ingredients that are combined to make interesting flavors. The place is always clean and the service is friendly and prompt. Seating has a nice open feeling with plenty of light coming through the wall of windows. Check it out for yourself. I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.

We went here because there were a couple outdoor tables where we could sit with my brother’s dog. It turned out to be a good choice. My salad was pretty good and my brothers eggplant sub looked good as well. The waitress, Kimberly, was outgoing and accommodating.

With the vast quantity a great pizza in Connecticut Parma is one the best. Its a small dinning area but large on flavor. The salads are fresh and crisp. You can order a slice at lunch which is very convenient. I would recommend this restaurant as a great place for authentic Italian pizza. They also have grinders wraps and Panini which I plan sampling soon based on the pizza, I would expect it to be fresh and flavorful.

Came across this place by accident. Glad I did. Best pie I’ve had in a long time. Love the sauce!

Got a slice here while shopping in the area and was pleasantly surprised. The cheese was a little salty but that’s what I like about. The crust was really thin and crispy. In my opinion if you can make a slice taste respectable the the whole pie must be awesome. Can’t wait to go back and order a fresh pizza!

Stopped for a quick pizza after picking up some craft supplies across the street at A. C. Moore. Large cheese, half sausage. Very very good. Décor is also quite nice. Restaurant is in a strip mall. Open until 9pm on Thurs. A bit early to close it seems.

Been looking for a new pizza place since Gino’s closed down. Guess I’ll keep looking. Expensive, tasted like pepperoni which I did not order. Guess its that sauce, blech. PS. Cheese is a topping it should go on top. Did not care for the extra zesty sauce much either.

For me, the one thing I look for in a pizza place is GOOD pizza; these guys have pizza figured out. I love it! It is relatively thin crust and they use fresh mooz instead of shredded, which I think is great. The crust is crunchy on the outside but chewy on the inside, which is perfect. I always get takeout so I can’t comment on the service, but the staff seems friendly and helpful. This is by far the best pizza I have found in the area!

Had some very good pizza here before seeing a movie across the street at the AMC theater. White clam pizza was tasty and while not quite Pepe’s it was still very good. I also had the soup special which was broccoli and cheese and I ordered the garlic bread with cheese which was prepared well. I’ll definitely go back again! It’s in a great place right near the theater for a quick meal before or after a movie.

This place is in the location that was formerly occupied by Luna Pizza. I tried Luna once or twice and liked it but I had not tried Parma until now. From the moment I walked into this unassuming place I knew I was in for an above average pizza. The smell alone told me that. I tried one of their specialty pies, the Neapolitan, which is crushed plum tomatoes, fresh basil and grated cheese(no mozz) and a plain pie with sauce and mozz. Both were excellent. The Neapolitan was very fresh tasting. The tomatoes had zesty tomatoey zip to them and the crust is really good. Just the right combination of crispness and chewiness. The more this pizza cools off out of the oven the more the flavors come alive. As for the plain cheese pie it too was a good choice. More of that delicious sauce and crust this time with the amount of fresh mozzerella.

When I travel outside of Texas I’m very leary of «bbq chicken» pizza. However, these guys did a great job! They use a real pizza oven so the crust was spot on and the cheese… my goodness there was a TON of cheese. Very tasty!

Ok, so i went outside the box today for lunch. Ham & Brie Panini, with carmelized onions, sliced apple & dijon mustard. Coleslaw on the side. The Panini was grilled perfectly, the brie was melted just enough, but the onions weren’t carmelized, they were barely grilled and the raw onion flavor completely overpowered the delicate flavor of the brie & apple. The dijon mustard was a bit aggressive as well, probably could have have been mixed with mayonnaise to tone it down. Coleslaw was standard, but had a bit of a funny aftertaste. I will return and try the pizza, the slices on display looked great and i probably should have ordered that…

Tasty italian grinder. Added hit peppers to it. Also took the suggestion of the employee & got it hot. No complaints here! They get their ingredients from New York City, & it’s all fresh. Gotta love it!
