For being a chain restaurant, this place has really impressed me. The new menu and what they carry on tap is impressive. Some of the staff still is a bit lacking in ability and skill.

Well, for starters, there was a dead fly on the back of their drink menu, that my wife discovered when it came partially off onto her hand. Not a good way to begin one’s dining experience. The waitress took the menu and apologized; she brought it back, after presumably cleaning it and put it in its rack on the table. No visit from the manager. Very poor for from a customer service/​experience point of view.
Food was good. Hot. Plenty of flavor.

Basic chain restaurant– I usually always order the bourbon street steak which i actually do enjoy. The 2 for 20 isnt a bad deal. Upon Checking in here i received a free bar snack appetizer. As of now Kids eat for 99 cents on Tuesdays (but they might not tell you that). So if you know what youre doing you can eat a lot for a reasonable price.

Had lunch here with coworkers just before the holidays. We were very quickly seated and our server was very prompt.
Our food was tasty and all what you’d expect at any Applebee’s. I did see there wee some others in the restaurant that took a long time to be served, but that was not our experience.
Again, a nice Applebee’s and exactly what you’d expect!
