These guys are really down to earth, and super knowledgable about jewelry! They were recommended to me through a friend and were totally worth it. My mother in law always gets her repairs here. My husband and I got our wedding bands and my engagement ring here. I also like that I can always stop in to get my jewelry cleaned and it comes out nice and shiny!

Stopped in on a whim after deciding to propose to my girlfriend. The inside of the store is bright and open, inviting. Joe is very nice and patient, super easy to talk to. He really made picking out the ring EASY, definitely no pressure. Unfortunately the ring was too small, but they had it resized and ready the very next afternoon. Such a pleasant experience and I will definitely be going back for my wedding band.

I am happy to write this review advising Naser Diamonds is possibly the best place you can go for your jewelry store purchases anywhere/​anyplace. I normally do not write any review unless the are two results, the best or worst experience as there are many places that offer mediocrity and why bother.
George, Joe and family, take the extra time to make sure you are 110% TOTALLY SATISFIED and well informed of your purchase. My whole family including my Son and Daughter in-​laws all shop here for fine Jewelry… NO PLACE ELSE. Rest assured, you will walk away knowing this a terrific find when shopping for jewelry and diamonds. The Naser staff focus upon providing years of knowledge, quality, value and terrific services good quality jewelry at reasonable prices. My wife and I were lucky to choose to do business with George and Joe for many years and they were our go to for a complete diamond and ring setting upgrade (of course a larger diamond) for our 25^th wedding anniversary. A true testament to quality… more than seven years later, anyone who sees the wedding ring and band on my wife’s hand, ALWAYS compliments my her on how beautiful the ring set is. Every time we visit the store, George/​Joe always greet us with a warm, welcoming smile, ask about our family, grandchildren, etc and offer to inspect the diamond setting– rings and will repair or service on the spot before asking typical «sales questions».
When looking for honestly, fair prices and great service on jewelry, you’ll have to look a long time to find a better store than Naser Diamonds, our FAMILY recommends George and Joe to all friends and extended family near or far.

Amazing customer service. Took the time to educate us on proper ring care as well. We will definitely do more business with them in the future. Could not be happier with my anniversary band. They soldered it to my engagement ring while I waited as well. Was happy to not wait a few days to have the work done.

I have been to Naser twice for jewelry repairs, and their customer service is outstanding! The repairs were explained ahead of time (with the price quote), and ready when promised (I left my diamond ring, and was able to come back in a few hours). They made me feel very comfortable, and were very friendly. I have made some minor jewelry purchases here also, and have felt very happy with how I was treated. I would highly recommend Naser.

I purchased an item for my wife, which she regretfully she didn’t want. When I tried to return it, which still had all the original tags attached, I was informed that I could only receive store credit. I was there 2 weeks after the purchase, with the original bag, packaging, and receipt. What a rip-​off!!! I would never think of walking in there again.

This is a close knit family run business with a few locations. Joe is always very helpful and the turn around time on repairs is amazing! Prices are always very reasonable and their selection of quality jewelry is plentiful! The is the ONLY jeweler in the Merrimack Valley/​Southern NH area I will do business with.

What caught my eye is how real these guys are. They tell it to you like it is and really just want to make you happy with ur purchase. The jeweler is highly skilled and can practically fix and make jewelery in his sleep. I never had a problem with these guys and have always trusted them with my most prized possesions. Very friendly people.
Oh and they have Pandora so if ur a guy like me and dont wanna wait in a long line at the mall in a store full of bickering women this is the place to go. They simply know their shit.

Very impressed by the customer service here. Although it appears to be a chain store it is family run, which is a nice touch. They had very fair prices and beautiful products. With the way I was treated and my wife, different occasions, I will only shop here for jewelry.
