The best home cooking next to your mom… Very pleasant staff, accommodating. They have grilled fingers that are the best thing since sliced bread… Plus all the home cooked sides.

Overall I like the chicken connection. Although this location I wouldn’t ever return to. The manager or the lady that is in charge over there is very rude to her staff. She made me very uncomfortable. And I was just getting food. As a customer {and a person who works with people & children every day} I was embarrassed for her for displaying such ridiculous behavior. I was hesitant on calling HR on her because I felt so bad for her fellow employees. If you want good chicken connection go to the Haverhill location the people are more friendly there and the food is great.

Hand cut homemade french fries! Yummy! The best fries in Plaistow!!! The food is always wonderful and the owners care about their business. They are always pleasant and work really hard to provide the best service and food possible. I have been here many many times and am always very happy. The servings are generous and the food is fresh and delicious. And I know they appreciate my business. Great place.

Their food is phenomenal and the people there seem really nice. I would highly recommend trying this place out. It’s located in the small plaza across the street from Kohl’s and Market Basket.

I am a picky bastard and can complain about ANYTHING! We just discovered CC last week. It was awesome. I had the homemade chicken soup. My daughter had C finger sandwich with some sortah side. We were very impressed and will be back as often as possible.

This place is nothing like the chicken connection Haverhill… The service from the employees was horrible(incredibly rude and kept questioning why I was double checking to make sure my order was all there) and the chicken pieces were running… I will definitely not be returning ever.

Just went there today and got a chicken pot pie from their«already cooked display». Brought it home and it was cold, obviously can’t put tin foil in the microwave so had to dump into a bowl. The consistency and texture of the pie was absolutely disgusting. The bread crust was hard as a rock I couldn’t even tear it apart and didn’t taste like bread. The chicken also looks gross with skin partially on it that has turned orange some how. I have NEVER had a problem with the Haverhill Connection but this Plaistow one sucks and I would rather eat my Frozen Pot Pies form Market Basket any day!

We recently ate lunch at the Chicken Connection in Plaistow, NH. Everything at this place is great! The chicken is cooked perfectly, with just the right amount of batter. The sides are great as well. I ordered the stuffing and mac and cheese as my two sides. The mac and cheese was a bit under-seasoned this time around, but still good. The stuffing is some of the best I’ve had. The value is phenomenal. For just under $ 10, you can get a plate full of chicken, two sides, and a roll. The service is also amazing! The woman behind the counter is bit feisty, but only in the best way. I felt like I was ordering food from an aunt, or a family member. What an asset to this place! All in all, a great lunch. We’ll continue to come back here on a regular basis.

Not that great, say they have the best chicken on the planet thats a lie. Got a rib and chicken combo, ribs were all fat BBQ sauce wasn’t good. Sides of rice pilaf and roasted potatoes had no flavor. Won’t be coming back.

I LOVE this place!!! Everything from the pot pies to the chicken tender dinner is amazing! Sometimes I have dreams about the butternut squash and Mac n cheese! It’s to die for. The husband and wife who own the chicken connection in Plaistow are so friendly and passionate about the chicken they serve! The chicken connection catered my office meeting last week and everyone was pleased with the delicious chicken! I can’t wait to go back for chicken and waffles on Sunday morning with all my kids! This place is a must try.

Very uncool grilled chicken salad… One uncut chunk of grisly chicken tossed on top of a little salad for $ 7.50. Not cool, not worth it! Where’s the love of presentation? Never again. It get one star because of the lovely couple that are super friendly when your leaving–

My order was simple. 3 pieces dark, cole slaw, mac n cheese. Chicken was done proper, multiple layers of crisp and all. Can’t complain. Sides was good too. The hostess is more customer friendly than another one that worked there last year. And the greek guy still manages to smile and make small talk despite his troubles back home. Can’t complain, pretty good overall.

Stopped in to pick up some chicken take out for home. Only chicken. Got 18 pieces for $ 33.00(not great value). Pieces we’re small, tasted good but small legs, thighs. Got extra breasts but also small. Won’t go back. Disappointed as my co-workers said what a great place to go to. I wish it was better.

I like chicken connection but sometimes it’s an off day for them and I hate it. Usually we get a chicken finger dinner which comes with two sides and then we order 2 additional sides. It’s perfect and affordable for 2 people. I am interested in trying a pot pie. They have take out, a small eat in area, and a fridge full of stuff you can heat up at home. I like it here but it can be inconsistent.

Chicken fingers cooked like you would at home. Fresh chicken not frozen and a variety of sides of fair to middling quality. An interesting and slightly better option than the usual fast food options. Not high end eating but good solid food at a fast food pace.

I’ve been to the one in Haverhill and the chicken was better the KFC. However, the one in Plaistow NH is the worst ever in eating fry chicken. I’m from the South, I’ve cooked County fry chicken and I was taught by the best. Their chicken was way too greasy, no flavor, and the oil tasted old. Almost as if they’ve used it for everything and it was three weeks old. That ISNOT good chicken, this location would make me go back to KFC. Maybe I should go there and show them how it’s done.

How can u mess up mashed potatoes? Flavor was missing from everything except the squash. Give this place a few months to get their cooking right. If you really want good food go to the Original Haverhill Location.

I would give it zero stars if i could but i am forced to give this horrid nasty place one star and that is generous. The food was horrible and this should not reflect on the haverhill location because they are excellent but the food in the Plaistow location was bad. I also recall seeing their manager working at a restaurant in Haverhill called Georges. When i was there she was screaming abusively at her staff and i found her behavior obnoxious and rude and anyone who treats their staff like that especially in front of customers should be avoided. All i can say is that it is a place that i will bypass when i am in the area.

I went to this new location on December 10, 2012, and I decided to try it out. I have been to the Haverhill, MA location several times and found the food to be very good. This location was so unorganized, granted it was opening day but they didn’t have catering menus, the staff didn’t know the menu items, I got a side salad and none of the dressing containers in the fridge behind the counter were labeled and I got blue cheese dressing instead of ranch, close… With that being said, the chicken fingers were very good, fresh and moist. The dipping sauce, sweet and sour was small for 7 chicken fingers and not extremely flavorful. The butternut squash was very good!!! I will be back, just need to let this location get their feet wet through a week or two of business.
