Not a great store: I’ve had numerous issues with service and have had to come in 2 times and call 5 times to get my account cleared up. It has never happened. I left a call back and of course that never happened. My account has had far too many issues and I have both wireless and uverse, both, are still not correct.

The usual experience. Walk in, and wait… and wait… They are always busy, but at least half of the sales people actually know what they are doing. Glenda had a problem with email on her phone. The fix was shorter than the wait, of course. We will be back, of course.

The people in this store really amazed me. I walked in and the first person was extremely friendly. I was told the technician would assist me in changing my numbers. The techs name was Blake. Blake is smart, friendly, and fast. I walked in during my 30 minute lunch and he was able to take care of my business within a few minutes.
The store is filled with state of the art [technologically advanced items]. I had a blast in the store. I was like a child at a store. Choose from HTC, IPhone, etc. But I advise you on choosing the HTC Inspire!!! [But that is another review]. Blake is so knowledgeable in telephone technology. I wanted to take a moment to give this store and its employees two thumbs up.
