Alfredo’s Pizzeria

Initially I ordered from this place because it reminded me of that scene from the Office where they argue about which pizza parlor is good Alfredo’s Pizza or Pizza by Alfredo… Not that that has anything to do with my review, but just thought I’d share.
Anyway, I actually ordered from this place while I was at the Medical Center and they delivered my pizza after hours. The delivery man was very friendly. The lady who answered the phone and took my order was also very friendly. My wife and I ordered The Works and it was pretty damn good. The pizza was delivered hot and fresh and the ingredients tasted very fresh. I was initially unsure whether the pizza would be good because the box said the ingredients were provided by Lisanti and in my experience Lisanti products are awful… Anyway, the pizza had just the right amount of sauce and cheese as well as a good amount of all the toppings.
I would definitely order from here again.

Good solid pizza pie for the Plano area. I am not a huge fan at all of the chains so this is a nice alternative. Nice folks that work there and they will whip it up fast. Great for delivery and or/​pick up. They have wings and other items that I have not yet tried. Crust is crispy and not too thick and the toppings are fresh. I’d also like to try out the white pizza next time. I am absolutely a fan! Decent prices too.

The pizza was very tasty — crust was crispy, toppings tasted fresh, just the right amount of cheese. Also had the cheese bread, was REALLY good. Fast, friendly delivery. Will definitely use them again!

Foods okay, but don’t order through the Unilocal app. I ordered delivery for their shrimp Alfredo, and got regular Alfredo (a $ 2 difference). It also came with garlic bread, which is nice, but I wouldn’t have ordered some if I had known. Now I have a ton of garlic bread (which is good, so that’s not a complaint. Just could have gone with one order.)

NEVER order from here! The food is horrible. My wife and I are Pizza lovers and we know a good pizza when we eat one. Everything about the pizza and wings were awful. That’s not an exaggeration. The dough was not done. The cheese isn’t even close to premium. The sauce is tasteless. The toppings taste like they come from a frozen pizza. We ordered the meat lovers and the supreme. Both were not only scarcely topped but just plain nasty. The wings are disgusting. The chicken skin was soft fatty and nasty. We ordered the lemon pepper and the buffalo. The wings seemed like they were boiled. We will never order from here again. Save yourself the disappointment and order from somewhere else. There are many other options that are much much better.

We have ordered from this place a few times now and have been impressed by the consistency of the quality & the taste. Recently we ordered for a small get together and even though we over ordered (thinking we would have enough left overs for dinner) it was all over because everyone just loved it. This is definitely our to go place for pizza now.

There are no words for how horrible the pizza was. I had a small delivered and it was the size of a personal pan. I’m thinking that they must have accidentally sent me a gluten free crust because there is no way this could be the pizza they serve and actually stay in business. It was literally like a cardboard box. I couldn’t even eat it. I ended up just scraping the cheese off the top. Sadly that wasn’t even good. I wasted my money last night and I’ll never do it again that’s for sure.

Pretty good pizza. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak pizza. It probably would have been better if the crust was crispier and the pizza more hot. Overall I liked it. I’ll prolly order again. I’ll try something different next time.

A brochure showed up on my door and I decided to give this local business a try (I’m a Pizza Hut kinda girl). I ordered pizza rolls… They weren’t very good, if you’ve ever had double Davies pizza rolls or old Chicago pizza rolls, they have a crispier roll… the roll was too soft. On the other hand I ordered a stuff crust pepperoni pizza and its hands down the best pizza Ive ever had!!! I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut any more!

I’m in town on business. Last week I decided I wanted pizza instead of eating in the hotel bar for three nights in a row.
I ordered the jalapeño poppers, chicken alfredo pasta, and a small staff special pizza.
The jalapeños poppers were ok. Nothing special.
But the pizza was fantastic! I highly recommend the staff special pizza. The crust was thin and light. The flavors were a perfect mix.
The chicken alfredo pasta was good, especially when tips with the extra parmesan packets included in the box. The chicken pieces are little cubes so don’t expect big hunks of chicken. But the little cubes were well seasoned.
All that food ended up being 3 meals for me:
— Dinner: half the pizza plus the jalapeño poppers.
— Lunch the next day: other half of the pizza plus about a third of the pasta.
— Dinner on day two: the rest of the pasta plus the garlic bread.
Because the garlic bread sat in the little fridge in my hotel room for a day, it was really hard when I ate it. It is probably much better fresh.
In any case, I really liked Alfredos. I will probably order from them again before I head home.

Their pizza is awesome! Delivery is always fast with courteous drivers. I might add that they are very prompt on their scheduled time for delivery (I think Alfredo’s is pick up/​delivery only).
Anyway, great pizza, wonderful employees. We’ve ordered from Alfredo’s probably 10 – 15 times and never have been disappointed. Pizza is always steaming hot when delivered, they use quality ingredients, and they don’t skimp on anything. Bottom line… you need to at least give them a try.
P. S. I have not tried anything else but pizza from Alfredo’s, so I cannot comment on the rest of their menu.

I had two meals from Alfredo’s tonight, my first and last. It was raining here this afternoon and we decided to order in pizza. I came onto Unilocal and for the first time in a long time my fellow Unilocalers let me down.
I ordered a large pizza an order of spaghetti and meat sauce which came with a dinner salad and a Caesar salad. I asked for the dressing for the side salad to be on the side. I was told it would take 30 – 45 minutes.
An hour later the driver called and asked what my address was. He had the right address, but the wrong street (the street I live on is less than half a mile from their store and intercepts the street they are on). I was a bit concerned when he told me where he was; 20 minutes away.
I waited a few minutes and called restaurant to tell them my food was not here. A manager finally gets on the phone and the driver arrives. I asked the manager if the food could stay hot that long and he assured me it would. The driver hands me the boxes which were warm and I assumed the pizza was hot. Wrong! Then I realized that the salad with the dressing on the side was missing. I called and told the manager and he brought it to me. Just before he arrived my wife found a hair in the spaghetti. I told the manager and he seemed disappointed which I thought was sincere.
I went back to table to eat the Caesar salad and discovered there was no dressing on it. I called my good friend the manager back told him about Caesar salad and that the only way I would be satisfied was with a credit to my credit card. With no exaggeration he says «I’ll credit the card» and hung the phone up on me.
If I could give them less than one star I would.

Just moved to the neighborhood and was looking for a new pizza place for my area. This one is definitely a front runner and finalist. The specialty menu is unique and they have everything. I built my own the way I like it to compare from other places I’ve had. They have good portioned ingredients large in size that are melted in with the cheese so they don’t fall off when you are holding a single slice. Pizza tasted great and the pepperoni rolls are addicting. I also had the mozzarella sticks and those had good amount of melted cheese in them too. The guy on the phone told me 45 minutes and they guy showed up in 32 minutes. Very polite and they had everything packaged correctly with my jalapeños on the side. Will order form them again because they made a good first impression.

I should’ve cooked instead. The pizza and wings were ok. Nothing special. My husband liked the cheese bread. The dessert was a complete miss. The cannolli (sp) was horrible… like delete from the menu, horrible. The bread was all wrong and the filling was not something to be desired. On top of that, they forgot some of my order.
To be fair, the did try to rectify the situation by offering to bring me the rest of my order or just have a credit available for the next time we. I opted for the delivery.
Bottom line, last time I order from here. There are too many pizza joints around to not care about the quality of food you’re delivering.

So this was my first and last time ordering with them. I tried to use the coupon for 10% for first time order, was told coupon was no good. Then after ordering for delivery I was told 15 minutes took them 50 and I’m right down the street. But to put more misery to the story food was not seasoned nor good. Had wings and salad.

The pizza here is good, but it’s really the customer service that is the stand out. Christmas Eve, we’ve been pre-​cooking for Christmas dinner and wrapping presents all day and cooking dinner isn’t an option.
At 7:00 we called in an order here. They said it would be ready in 20 minutes, it took us 45 to get over there cause we had to stop at the store on the way. We finally get there and the employees are so nice and happy and greet us like old friends even though we’ve never been there.
When we walked in the door we noticed a «closing early Christmas Eve and closed christmas» sign. Turns out they were supposed to close at 7 and took our order and waited on us anyways. They never once mentioned it on the phone.
It didn’t matter to them «customers first, we appreciate our customers and we are always here for them». We felt awful! But they never once complained. They just kept telling us how happy they were to have our business and how much they appreciated us. It was amazing! If you aren’t a fan of the big pizza chains like Pizza Hut, papa johns, or dominos, go here! You won’t be disappointed!

Decided to give Alfredo’s a try. Ordered a medium chicken alfredo along with 8 pepperoni rolls. What can I say, both were excellent! Fast delivery too. Reasonable prices. I’ll be back to try them again for sure.

We received a flier in the mail today and so we order dinner! I got The Works pizza on their pan crust. It was so delicious! The crust was crispy and fluffy at the same time. The ingredients were fresh and this ‘supreme’ pizza had a decent amount of meat on it. I also got the mozzarella sticks which were good but pretty standard. Nothing special. I would definitely order from this place again, over a chain pizza place.

Affordable, fast delivery, and some of the tastiest pizza I’ve ever had. Loved the hand tossed crust. It was the perfect consistency (not too thin or thick) and was buttery. Definitely my new pizza delivery spot.
