The staff is very friendly, and Tuesday night is the best time to come here. Good location too.

I have loved B&R since I was a kid. I visit this location monthly and they are always nice and polite. $ 2.70 for a single scoop is pricey but worth it. The Asian adult man is normally the one who waits on me and he always greets customers and says ‘thank you’ when they leave. I have seen some bad reviews but never had that experience myself at the Parker road location.

I can’t even believe I’m writing a crappy review for a Baskin Robbins… however it is deserved. Fellow Frisco and Little Elm people, do yourself a favor and go to marble slab down the street, at least they are friendly and don’t seem annoyed to have employment. The girl working today seemed upset to be there, and the topper for me was her pointing her finger in my sons face(literally 2 inches) trying to direct people where clown cones and cakes are — –Next time try being polite and say excuse me or better yet walk around actually help the person — don’t worry kiddo the waffle iron will still be there when you get back.

I’ve been going to BR my whole life, stopped at this God Awful place to get a pint of ½ P&C and ½ World class chocolate. Owner informed me that I could have only one flavor, who does this besides these awful owners! They just want me to spend double the money and buy a cone that has half the ice cream etc. Awful people, if they keep up like this, they won’t be in business for long! Awful people!

BRs was THE ice cream shop to go to back in cali — we didn’t have Braum’s and we didn’t have Marble Slab or Cold Stone until after high school. I looooved BR ice cream and my favorite was the very berry strawberry. It is still my favorite flavor here! My friend had the jamoca and that was really good too — love the coffee flavor. Definitely brings back childhood memories that make me happy!

My son and I drove to Baskin Robbins specifically to have a couple clown cones. They were out and the kid behind the counter refused to make any more. He said he didn’t know how and the person who makes them was not there. This is not the first time this has happened. I don’t understand the complexity of taking a scoop of ice cream on a cone, which they have to do, flipping it upside on a cookie and squirting some icing on it. It’s very disappointing to take an excited child for clown cones only to be refused over something so simple.

Hadn’t been to a Baskin Robbins in years but these hot summer days said I needed me something cold and there one was. I stopped in and after looking at the big selection available to me, I chose the brownie sundae. After getting back into the car and heading off to my destination, I stuck the spoon down in the cup and came up with a old hard brownie that tasted like cardboard. This brownie had to be a week old and the small scoop of ice cream trying to hide this door stop didnt soak in to it to help soften it up. Two blocks down the road, I arrived at my destination and pitched my $ 6 waste of money in the trash. Now I remember why it had been years since I had been to a Baskin Robbins. YUCK!

Ok. I had divorced Baskin Robbins about five years ago when they took away their Daiquiri Ice flavor, and then brought it back as some sort of nasty yucky lime sherbet crap. I will never understand why people have to mess with perfection. I would occasionally go back for a little tease, but was never quite satisfied. Anyway, Baskin Robbins was on the list of places that gave you free stuff on your birthday if you sign up on their website. So, after over a year since my last visit… I went to go get my free Kid’s Scoop. I ordered what I wanted and the staff started jumping down my throat that the coupon was a Kid’s Scoop. Um… I really don’t give a damn what size it is, just give me my free scoop. Hence… the 3 star rating instead of 4… because of the argumentative staff. And then… I saw what looked like a mirage in the sand. Could it be? Daiquiri Ice? The original? Yes it was. So, I changed my free scoop to Daiquiri Ice and had to immediately call my mom and best friend Becky to tell them about this change of events. How excited. I guess you could say Baskin Robbins and I are on speaking terms again… but if they ever pull this crap of taking away my favorite ice cream… it will be over for good.
