They make pizza like it should be made. Ask for extra sauce and you actual get it. Other places say ok but don’t really add it. THANKYOUMYFAMILYPIZZA Ardman

They have ruined this place. When it was Marcos it was awesome. Now it’s run by a bunch of 20 year old kids. Booooo!

I didn’t even try the pizza because my initial contact with the employees was so bad that I walked out. I pass by this place all the time and was excited to try it. However, the two guys behind the counter never looked up. Even after I initiated contacted by saying«hello», they acted annoyed by my presence. If this service is a representation of the food, I would steer clear from this establishment. There are many other pizza places in the area that deserve patronage.

Oh this was really bad. I ordered pepperoni pizza– it was awful. I’ve didn’t think you could mess that up, but it was really bad. The ranch dressing tasted spoiled. Calamari was completely inedible. And the cheesecake is frozen still… And I tried it with a toy tea set spoon of my daughter’s that is in our hotel room bc they gave no plastic ware. This is the grossest food I’ve ever ordered. Thank you to the very nice delivery guy with dreads Bc he was very nice! He is the only good thing I can even find to say about this.

Received their flyer in the mail over the weekend and decided to try their pizza tonight when my husband and I both got home too late to cook. We ordered over the phone and we were told the pizza would arrive in 40 minutes. To our surprise, it arrived early in about 30 minutes. The pizza was very good. Loved the thin crust and the cheese and toppings were high quality. They don’t skimp on toppings either! Delicious pizza! Glad we received a flyer or we would have never known this restaurant was out there. We will definitely order from them again.

This experience is why I have a hard time getting my wife to try new places. My first clue should have been that it was 6PM on a Saturday night and no-one else was in the restaurant. This place was staffed by a three or four young men that gave the impression that they did not want to be here tonight or any other. There was no form of greeting or acknowledgement that we were there. Both guys behind the registers just stood there like robots until you asked if you could order. My son and I both ordered small pizzas and my wife the baked ziti. Both pizzas came out together, then they served the table behind us salads and later brought them there pizzas. No baked ziti, I was just about to get up and ask when the young man came through the door(zombies have more life in them) with her baked ziti. My wife took one bite looked at me and says it’s cold. She went to the counter and shortly there after another young man came sauntering through the door collected her ziti and went back to the kitchen. Ten minutes later he reappears and delivers her ziti and exclaims piping hot and vanishes into the kitchen. No apology or query if it is better now. My wife takes a bite and says it’s luke warm and goes to talk to the people behind the counter. She is told they can’t help her. The manager is unavailable until next week. She came back to the table and declared we are done. So I’m sure, no matter what, we won’t return to this establishment.

I would give the no stars if I could. Ordered online — 1 hr and a ½ later my food arrived … pizza was COLD. Toastes ravioli was semi warm but soggy … the edges were TOUGH and they were tasteless. But the biggest disappointment were the cannoli. Their only flavor came from the gross chocolate sauce on time. The filling was the most tasteless thing I have ever eaten! The only saving factor was that I ordered thru Eat24 and the refunded the price of the pizza and gave me a coupon for next time. You can bet I won’t be ordering from here again! BTW … my first Unilocal review ever

It’s hard to beat a $ 3 lunch!(1 slice + drink) The quality of the pizza was about what you’d expect. I was hoping for a New York style slice that you have to fold in half to eat. The size of the slice was good however the crust was too crispy to fold in half. It also seemed to have a good amount of uncooked flour on the bottom. The place was hopping with business — lots of loud high schoolers. I’ll definitely give it another try just because of the price. Hopefully there will be less flour next time.

This place has the best pizza in town! This place has fresh pizza by the slice for an affordable price! The vibe is super casual so for those who do not want to dress up, it is the place to go! They also have delivery for those wanting to stay in!

Our favorite pizza place! We come here every Friday night. It’s BYOB so we bring a cheap bottle of wine and it ends up being a really reasonably-priced date night. Definitely a quirky staff as well as ambiance… but we love it! Pizza is always good. My favorite salad is the Greek. They put too many onions in it but it’s great anyways. My husbands is the pecan salad.

It was okay for price. The tomato sauce tasted watered down and bland… that’s what a pizza is all about!

I work nearby, so this place is very convenient. They’re quick with their orders, cheap lunch prices, and thin pizzas(just my style). Good atmosphere.

Great pizza. I’ve been coming here since it opened– used to be called Pizza by Marco. Luckily, the pizzas stayed the same– great thin crust and delicious ingredients. Awesome place for a basic pepperoni. I’ve also tried their calamari and it is absolutely delicious! Wouldn’t expect a place like this to have good calamari but they do. Service is hit or miss– I’ve dealt lot of young, inexperienced employees here that don’t seem to care at times. Other times I’ve gotten enthusiastic and professional servers. Bottom line, despite the service not being all there– the pizza is fantastic and that’s enough reason I keep coming back. Great lunch specials too!

Been coming here for the pizza since highschool when it was called«Pizza by Marcos», and the pizza was always hot, fresh, and delicious, with generous portions! Came back to find the name has changed, which isnt a big deal cept the chill staff members that used to have a casual conversation or at least smile were missing. Maybe its because i went during an off-hour(3−4pm), but the guy was kind of a douche. The pizza was good for the price and they’re still generous with the amount of topping they’ll give(onions, sausage, etc) but man, the guy was pretty whack. Will go back again and check it out.

Best thin crust pizza I have had in a long time. They brought a pizza by my office just so we could try it out and it was awesome. Real simple just a thin crust with pepperoni and I couldn’t stop at one slice. So glad that this is an option for lunch now!

I’d eaten at all the other Italian restaurants in the far West Plano area, and this was the last one I tried because every time I called up there, and every time I drove by, they seemed in the weeds, so I waited for the right time. Let’s start with the guy who answered the phone, who seemed like he was more interested in whatever was on TV than in my order, or he just didn’t care. Whatever the case, I asked what the most popular calzone was, and he said, «I don’t know, people order a lot and you get two ingredients.» Ok, so let’s do chicken and broccoli. He said fine, 16 to 18 minutes. I show up 20 minutes later, and I’m told it’s not ready yet(after someone from the back yelled at the guy who answered the phone because the customer in front of me was jerked around. Not classy, but it wasn’t my order, so truth be told, I didn’t care.). They said another five minutes for my calzone. Ok. I came back 10 minutes later. It wasn’t ready, so I waited a little longer. After a total of just over 30 minutes, I heard someone ring a bell in the kitchen and someone went back and brought me my calzone. I took it home(I live across the street so with lights, about 3 minutes away) and dug into it. It was freezing cold in the center and the dough was still raw. So I called up there. I told the lady who answered the phone my problem. She said, «What the hell?» I said yes, this calzone is uneatable. She passed the phone to someone else and said, «he said he can’t eat this.» A guy picked up the phone and I explained again what my problem was. He said he’d either make a new one or refund this one. I said refund this one because I had never been there before, and I didn’t have the time to put in for another one(which was true, but I also didn’t want to watch him yell at the kid who answered the phone like he did earlier, especially because I could tell this guy was just looking for someone to tee up on). He said fine, that he took it out of the oven a little early. I said then he should have been able to tell by the overly doughy presentation that it wasn’t ready yet, even though I was told 16 – 18 minutes, and it’d been over a half hour. He said, «first of all, it hasn’t been a half hour.» That pissed me off. I said, «I have the time I called it in on my phone and the time of the receipt I can show you, and taken together, it’s 22 minutes. And you had me wait in the store another 10, so that’s more than a half hour.» He said, «no, I have it right here, and it was only 47 minutes.» So now I’m really confused and I say, «ok, so 47 minutes isn’t more than a half hour?» And he says, «Now you’re making me mad. I said I’d refund you. Either come up here [presumably to fight me] or take your refund and get off my phone.» I said I’d take the refund on my credit card. I’ll update you soon as to whether I really got the refund.

I was excited about trying a new pizza place. So I ordered it for delivery. It took over 40 minutes to get to me. Then when the delivery girl rings the doorbell, she is wearing a tiny spaghetti strap shirt with cleavage hanging everywhere and NOSHOES! She was completely barefoot. I was pretty disgusted with the no shoes… She looked like a hot mess… The pizza was okay, not what i was expecting. I won’t be ordering from there again.

A great lunch deal, I got a small 8″ pizza, with garlic bread and a drink for under $ 10! The pizza itself was really good, a thin crust with flavorful cheese. The restaurant is small, but has plenty of seating. We are definitely going back to try a calzone, and take advantage of their specials!

Food was good but never going back there because of the rude guy behind the counter at 1 pm today 3÷31÷12. When my Ziti didnt come in 25 mins and I went to inquire he rudely said«we will let you know when its ready».
