Extremely disappointed. Had a bug in my food. The restaurant manager said its nature. And no apologies. Please don’t go to this restaurant. I can’t believe they got approval from the city to make food like this.

Love this place! The whole team here is so helpful and nice and always make you feel welcome. The sushi on the menu is good and a fair price but if you want something a little better just tell them to surprise you with something different, they always have so many wonderful suggestions! One of my favorite happy hour spots!

The food was fantastic and the waiters were as nice as they could be. The restaurant has lured me back many times including for a very close relatives birthday. I would only celebrate holidays at locations where I know nothing would go wrong.

Been here through a couple of iterations. It was great years ago when it opened and then took a massive dip. New ownership a couple of years ago has again raised the standards. Great food and friendly service. Sushi is decent(but again this isn’t their specialty so don’t expect Tei Tei or Tei-an. Pad Thai is consistent and the kids love it. Tom Kha soup, while not the best in town, is flavorful, spicy and wonderful. Love their Panang and their sticky rice with coconut/mango is interesting and awesome. Also, great happy hour specials. Seems staffed by a bunch of high schoolers, but they’re for the most part knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

Food was obviously reheated and inedible. Ended up sending 2/3rds of what was dropped on the table back for being too greasy and tasting like someone dumped a bunch of ramen spice packets into a wok.

I usually experience a better service with Thai Chow. I’ve been coming here for years! I ordered 2 Dragon Rolls on Mothers Day and they barely put any sauce on it. The sushi was very dry. I called to see if they could correct the error. They switched me to numerous parties on the phone. Long story short they kept saying they did put sauce on the sushi. They didn’t want to delivery the sauce, comp or even apologize. I was very disappointed. I’ve been getting the same order for over five years so I know how it’s suppose to look. Sad to say but I won’t be going back.

Can I give ZERO stars? First of all, they do NOT know how to make a Mojito. She went to fix it, and they just added more alcohol. No fizz. Sushi was okay, but it’s definitely not high quality sushi. Hopefully I don’t get food poisoning

I have ordered from this restaurant several times and I don’t know why I keep trying it. Their food is mediocre. The only good thing is the rice. Their coconut soup that I ordered is so terrible I had to throw it away. I ordered heir sweet and sour chicken and it literally had about 5 good pieces of chicken. Ridiculous. Called the restaurant again to discuss it and the response I got: «it is impossible for there to be only 5 pieces of chicken in it. It’s proportioned» way to go chow. Terrible customer service. It feels like they’re either about to close or just lost in what their specialty is. Very disappointed and will never recommend this place to anyone.

So so place. I was there for Tuesday lunch and only 4 – 5 tables were occupied. Just try this place and you can find out why.

Walked in on a average Wednesday night to be greeted by an empty host desk. After awkwardly standing around for a few minutes, someone behind the counter yells for us to just find a seat wherever. After sitting down, we waited a good while before anyone came up to take our order, by this time I already had everything ready to go. Appetizers were slightly cold when we got them, and entrees weren’t very good. Used to like this place and come here but it had been a while… lesson learned.

Ordered delivery through Unilocal.Kung Pao chicken and another chicken dish. Both of us who ate it got stomach pains and slightly sick next day. It may have been spoiled or tainted meat. It tasted and smelled fine but we got sick. I won’t order from there again.

Saturday was my second time at this spot. A month ago I decided to try it and the Pad Thai I ordered was good. So I gave their sushi a try since they had a sushi bar. Well, I was not impressed. I ordered a shrimp crunch roil with spicy tuna. There was no crunch nor spiciness in the roll. I was very disappointed. My sister said she’s had better sushi from the supermarket! Another thing that was annoying was the lighting in the restaurant. They had track lighting and it was like sitting down for an interrogation.

I’ve enjoyed the food here for several months and I’m normally happy with it. Tonight I ordered the Peanut Chicken very Spicy. It arrived mostly cold with some warm spots. It was not spicy at all. Usually the food here is Steaming hot. The waiter offered to microwave it again. When he brought it back, it was still cold. I was afraid to eat more than a few bites for fear of getting sick. They charged me full price, and I left the meal on the table.

Chow, hands down, the best food in Plano. Food is always hot, they deliver quickly and the customer service is impeccable. … The Phở, best in town!

Wanted to ignore the bad reviews. Wanted to ignore coworkers telling me they got food poisoning from here. I never had issues. Until today. My turn for food poisoning. Stay away from here. Going to Zenna off I-75, worth the drive to save your life.

Can I just say that the glaring difference between the five stars and the 1 – 2 star ratings are simply a matter of preference. Are you coming here to get quick fast food or authentic Thai and sushi? If the answer is the latter and you gave five stars, thennnn you need to get out more, please. In my opinion, any place that cannot consistently prepare Pad Thai cannot be «authentic». Any place that sells sushi, but you rarely see actual sushi chefs cannot be «authentic»(or fresh). Any place that is known to be absolutely dead at 3PM, yet takes over an hour to prepare a delivery or to-go order via the EAT24 app, cannot be worth the money. My sister ordered a beef salad, and it came swimming in a tart, tangy dressing, so much so that we poured it out to try and salvage her $ 13 dish.(I got the same result from the papaya salad). The sushi is dry, and I have a strong feeling I’ll regret eating any type of raw fish here. Nothing wow’s me. The service is incredibly slow. The interior is kind of flashy & trashy and reminds me of Zenna’s décor. There is a newly built patio, but it seems haphazardly built. I honestly have never seen Chow busy enough that they needed patio space, anyway… I have to admit that I still come here every now and then, hoping the pad thai will change my mind, because when they feel like it, they really can nail the spice down. Chow is my go-to fast food thai place, but for the respect of thai food as a whole, do your research. And for the love of God, can someone trade that McLaren parked out front for better quality of, well, everything?

So, I recently ordered from this place! I wanted to try something new! So bedsides the delivery driver yelling profanities at me and tossing my food at me! As well as demanding I give him cash! What happens if I was an older lady! But I digress The food it self was awful, dry, no flavor! The volcano chicken if you want to call that chicken, it was all breading! So after the horrible delivery service I called Chow Asian and spoke with«Nick» who completely lied and stated it was not his driver he worked for Eat 24(lie) then started spitting out random stories, the driver said he knows you! I just moved here Nick, that little so called thug does not know me! I WOULDSTAYAWAY from this place! Dozen of better options in the area!!!

SLOWASHELL!!! We are literally 2 miles from the restaurant and we ordered food on a Tuesday and they took almost an hour to deliver our food. If you want your food at a decent time order from somewhere else. Not worth it and way too expensive!

I always walk away hungry when I order sushi. This place was no different. I actually got a $ 17.99 Bento box and thought that that might be filling as it was kinda higher priced. I was wrong. First off, we walk in there and get seated immediately. I ordered the sushi bento box and the wife got the chicken curry bento box. Be clearly aware that the sushi bento box comes with two pieces of sushi and 3 pieces of sashimi as advertised, but those two pieces of sushi are 1 cooked shrimp sushi and 1 imitation crab sushi. That’s literally the cheapest two pieces of sushi they could give you. The menu picture clearly shows two pieces of sushi with salmon and tuna. The pieces of sashimi were pretty small, probably 1″ by 1.5″ — one tuna, one another kind of tuna and one salmon. It also comes with two tempura shrimp which were actually not dipped in batter, but rather breaded. Also included is a California Roll, a small salad, a choice of soup, some edamame and a scoop of ice cream. After ordering, I checked in on Unilocal and saw that there was a «free appetizer» check-in offer so we asked if we could redeem that, the answer was yes, so we ordered the vegetable tempura. I asked if we could redeem a check-in offer each and the waiter said, «No, just one per table.» I thought it wouldn’t hurt to ask. So we get back to talking while we wait for our food and a different waiter comes up and asks me what I’d like for my free appetizer. I ask him, «I get an appetizer?» and he said yes, so I ordered the summer rolls. Then not 2 minutes later, the original waiter comes back and says, «I was told by the other waiter that you wanted the summer rolls. Did you want to add that to your order?» I told him that I was using my Unilocal offer and he then told me that the other waiter was mistaken and he’d have to charge me for it. I told him that I didn’t want it if that were the case. So much waffling over $ 5.99. The veggie tempura was average. It was crisp. It was warm, not piping hot as I would have expected and the tempura sauce was actually some kind of sweet syrup, not the salty variety that I was expecting. So the California Roll was probably the best thing in the bento box. I enjoyed the whole roll and had to stretch it across the whole meal, since the rest of it was a little lackluster. As I mentioned, the shrimp tempura should be batter dipped, not breaded. It was good, but it wasn’t tempura. The salad was average because it came with a tiny drizzling of ginger dressing. The edamame was actually pretty good but got cold quickly and lost some of its appeal. Soup was also only warm and since it was a cold night, really was mediocre. For almost $ 45, this place was a letdown. I would expect the bento box to come with some kind of filler so I don’t walk away still hungry and out $ 20/person. Even a scoop of rice might have done it. The portion was just too small to warrant the price. It’s like the owners are skimping on everything to save a buck. The ambiance is fine, about par for a restaurant in this area of town. Just disappointed. Half a Bruce Star: Better than fast food.
