I have had several bad experiences dining here. Starting from not enough pizza selection, taking forever for them to make you one you ask for, bad customer service, and staff taking forever to clean up dining area. I decided to order pizza to go this time and seriously, I think I’m done with Cicis Pizza. .well at least this one. I think a tortilla is thicker than the pizza I got today. It was just a waist of money for what I got.

Our family used to love CiCi’s. After this last visit, no more. They reduced the number of Pizzas on the buffet, only offering stuffed crust pepperoni, pepperoni, pepperoni with jalapeño, spinach, or hamburger(I think). For dessert, they now only have the thin brownies or cinnamon rolls, no more of the delicious Bavarian cream or apple pizzas. We asked if they could make a ham and pineapple pizza and the guy said they don’t do that anymore, which is bunk. They weren’t busy yet they were miraculously out of forks. When we asked for them, we were directed to use spoons. Spoons to eat salad and pasta, great idea! I’m not sure what has changed. This location used to be excellent. It seems like they are just in cost savings mode. I’m pretty sure they only had two people working, which is odd since it was a Thursday evening about 6 pm. Needless to say, we won’t be back. Hopefully, we can keep others from making the same mistake.

Disappointed. Got to buffets and two waters and ended up getting to disposable cups for our water instead of the regular clear glasses like everybody else for drinks No trays to hold your food no napkins at the table seems to be cutting corners everywhere not like it used to be

We came in today(7−5−15) at 6:30pm. They greeted us, took our money but failed to tell us that they didn’t have any plates or trays so we could actually eat. The only pizza they had out was pepperoni, cheese and Alfredo. The restaurant was about half full but they couldn’t keep pizza on the buffet. We asked for a bbq chicken pizza. After 30 minutes of waiting we were told rudely that the Togo orders come first. I guess if you call in an order you are more important than an actual paying customer in the restaurant. We should have asked for a refund and walked back out the door. Never again will we come to this location.

If i could vote 0 i would. I don’t know who the current manager is, but this place is horrible. I gave a negative review on google as well so here we go. A. pizza buffet literately has 3 types of pizza. Pepperoni, pepperoni with jalapenos, cheese. THAT’S IT. place is always dirty, nobody wants to do anything. Go to another location where they actually care. I mean i had to hunt down a worker just to get a fork to eat my salad. No service whats so ever. cold pizza, and when one does come out, its gone cause so many people were waiting for hot pizza, since they only make 1 pizza every time. Worse location ever. I can’t blame cici’s but this location and the owner is just a cheap.

awful!!! we had to visit this cici’s because the one we usually go to was closed for a commercial filming and i can assure you that we will not be coming back. the employees were slow, rude, and didnt respond when you asked a question. the restaurant itself was dirty and practically empty(probably because of the poor customer service) do yourself a favor and save some money by not going to this cici’s pizza.

This location of CiCi’s was by far the worst I have ever been to. We went on a Tues at 2pm. First after paying I was unable to get a receipt and was told the register«went down.» Upon starting out at the salad bar there were no plates avail… we had to go half way down the buffet isle to grab pizza plates… Those plates were soaking wet. After drying our plates off with napkins I noticed the salad to have not so fresh lettuce with some brown leaves. Rest of the veggies were mediocre appearance wise for freshness. I must also state that the seating area was empty with maybe 6 people in the entire restaurant. 60% of the tables had NOT been cleared off and made for a disgusting viewing as entering the restaurant. Old food, dirty plates and just nowhere to sit without looking at 30 stacks of plates per each table was just unsanitary. Making our way to the soft drink dispencer the floor was sticky and half assed cleaned up of spilled soda in the entire rear area of the restaurant. Dr. Pepper came out looking like a white soda or Sprite. Sat in a booth under tvs– all other tables were dirty so we wouldn’t have been able to sit anywhere and watch their TVs, not that that was necessary to watch TV while dinning. We fortunately placed an order for a thin crust fresh supreme pizza when ordering… The buffet table had 3 – 4 slices from each pizzas that were avail… Nothing freshly made or put out. I did not observe any bread sticks avail but did see a sign where they would have been on the buffet table. I asked an employee who told me, «we’re all out.» After a pause and expecting her to add that some would be out shortly, I asked, «Will you be making more?» To which I was advised«They have to be prepped so I don’t know.» I was caught a little off guard by the lack of service and proceeded to choose some slices and sit and wait for our supreme. The pizza from the buffet was utterly disgusting, dry, cold and definitely had been sitting for who knows how long. The supreme pizza when it came out was the ONLY good thing out of our entire visit. In our time there, the dining area was never even attempted to be cleaned, nor were any tables attempted to be cleaned up of their stacks of dirty dishes and old food. Also in our time NOTONE fresh pizza was served or placed on the buffet table nor were bread sticks made. I estimate our time there to be about an hour. I would give this location NO starts and highly recommend traveling to another CiCi’s such as the Wylie location on Hwy 78! That location has an excellent, clean dining area and their staff and management are beyond professional, courteous and go out of their way to make the customers dining experience good and leave an impression that makes you sure to return. I am not a representative or employee of any CiCi’s and I understand it is not a gourmet restaurant, but what I experienced at the Spring Creek Plano CiCi’s is unacceptable. I hope they make the changes needed to improve their customers’ dinning experience.

we stopped in today… a female was refilling the salad bar… oh boy… she knew nothing about rotating product… you dont top with fresh product… fill then flip… i can only imagine what the bottom of each container on the salad bar is gonna look like… more and likely it will be spoiled. I have been to other Cici’s, and they have a variety of pizza. The female employee who took my money, and refilled the salad bar was also making pizzas… she only knew how to make 4 kinds of pizza… where was the variety? we asked for the macaroni n cheese pizza and they would only make a small one and would bring it to our table. we only wanted a slice, and 20 minutes later the manager brought it over… worst looking pizza ever… the macaroni was on a couple of slices and the rest was just pizza dough and no cheese. most of the tables were filled with stacks of dirty dishes. do not eat here at all cost.

THEABSOLUTEMOSTWORSTSERVICEEVER! I’m digusted! Out of 3 people we had contact with only one person smiled… Ashton the«manager» not professional, we came in contact with her when we first walked in the door. Talk about rude, she looked miserable and like that was the last place she wanted to be, didn’t smile once! Sergio was the second person we came in contact with, and he was just as pleasant as the Scrooge on Christmas… maybe he learned/got his attitude from his horendous«manager» seeing as how all he did was roll his eyes when we were tryin to tell him what kind of pizza we wanted because all they had on the buffet was cheese pizza. Then there was Trinity the last person we came in contact with she brought us the pizza we ordered the only pleasant one, smiled the whole time, and looked like she actually enjoyed her job. I love CiCi’s but this is BYFARTHEWORSTAND I MEANWORST CiCi’s EVVVEERRRRRRRR!!!

Just went there with my family for dinner. Pro: Price — $ 5 for pizza buffet. Salad is fresh. Cons: There is not much selection. The crust is hard. The dining area need some cleaning. I’d rather pay more for better quality pizza. Most likely I won’t be back.

Roaches! There was a small selection of pizza, and I use to work at a Cici’s when I was younger and this was a disgrace! I had already sat down and there was a roach climbing up the wall… I won’t be going back to this one!

I have just one word for this place. Roaches. Yes sir, cockroaches. A diner’s worst nightmare. I understand that Cici’s is not the highest quality pizza nor is it the tastiest. However, when I eat greasy pizza, I at least except the facility to be clean. My mom and I had already gotten our food and were sitting down at a table near the buffet when I saw my mom do a double take. When I looked where she was pointing, I saw a cockroach moving between the stack of «clean plates» next to the pizza. Just as I gasped, a women near the buffet told the employee standing behind the counter that she just saw a roach. The kid looks, giggles, picks up the plate that it’s on and shakes the bug off right before he puts the plate BACKONTHESTACK. TOBEUSED. I asked him why on Earth he wouldn’t burn the whole stack of plates the roach was on, let alone put the plate back and he replies with, «The bug didn’t get on the middle of it.» I would rather starve than eat there again.

CiCi’s is good value for your buck. I’ve been here countless times over the last 7 years or so, and while you’ll probably find better quality pizza somewhere else, you can’t beat a pizza buffet for only $ 3.99(that’s what it was last time I went, don’t know if they’ve upped the price). That also includes a salad bar, which, though nothing special, at least gives you some veggies to go with all that cheese. Good for families, large groups, etc.
