I just went there today since I had a groupon for a haircut and all over color and I’m extremely upset over my hair. I asked for my hair to be lighter, and I had brown at first and now my hair is dark red which is upsetting. Then the stylist cut my hair too short, and in the picture I showed her the actress didn’t have any layers but then she started giving me layers which also made me upset. My bangs are not diagonal when I put them to the side, also upsetting. And the entire time she was so rough with my hair I started to tear up and since she was brushing so hard she pulled my cartilage earring out and then she was scrambling on the floor to find it. Worst experience ever. My hair feel extremely dry now and I’ve never had that after a hair dye. I will never go back. And if I do I will never let the lady name Juani cut my hair again.

Just had my hair cut here after my regular salon had a line of people waiting to get their hair cut. There was no wait and Yen did a fabulous job with my bob hair cut. She took her time and made sure that everything was even and that there were no long «tags» of hair. And it was only $ 13.95 for a cut without a shampoo! I’ll definitely be coming back!
