This isn’t about Dr Duncan’s technical skills. It’s more about his bedside manner. Upon hearing that I would get a 2^nd opinion from another doctor, he took less than 3 min. TOTAL with me to explain my options and just gave me a generic handout with the description of my problems on it. Also, the insulation is really bad. I could hear his conversation with another patient in adjacent room loud and clear.

Dr. Ramsey is THE BEST orthopedic surgeon EVER!!! I was in pain for over a year after having 2 knee surgeries… he was able to get me out of pain after yet another surgery to correct my problems. Now I walk with no pain and am able to live my life normally again!
He also called me at home to follow up on my progress.
This doctor goes above and beyond and truly cares about his patients!
He has great personality as well… his staff is also so efficient, caring and knows the ins and outs of great customer service, which is so rare.
