Elements Massage

I scheduled a massage with this company and it was booked at the wrong location. Instead of offering to have a open therapist at the Royal location take care if the customer, they advised that I go to this Plano location 20 minutes away. Once I arrived, the associates states I don’t know why you they sent you here «It’s too late, I mean we can try to allow as much time for the massage, but we close in 30 minutes.» So with poor customer and no service provided they still charged my credit card. I called several times before I could get a call back from the manager Janet, who only states she didn’t want a negative outcome so she could put a massage on the «BOOKS» for me like she was doing me a favor, when it was already charged. I did not authorize the charge, nor did I sign for the transition. I will contact my bank. I’ver never done business with them, so I can’t give option on their massage therapist, but the administration is a JOKE!

I absolutely LOVED my massage w Jeffrey! Thorough, deep tissue, trigger-​point. Awesome! In the top 3 best massages ever.
Truly the only thing keeping me from a monthly membership is the receptionist. She’s flippant, not to the point of hostile, but enough that she seemed put-​out to be ‘helping’ me. And unfortunately she is the first impression of the place. I pretty much do anything not to have interaction with her. Makes it tough to book over the phone. :/

I loved my massage with Garcetta. She is an excellent therapist. She listens to me and does what I want. Each time is different. I will use her again and send her clients.

I came in for a massage because I was given a gift card. When I got there I had to wait maybe 15 minutes before I met with my therapist. She was very nice. She asked me a few questions then left me so I could change.
The massage overall was fine. I love a good deep tissue massage but at some of the points she was pulling skin and not so much digging into the muscle. It’s been about two days and the back of my neck looks like someone tried to attack me. I have to keep my hair down so no one sees it. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve come out of a deep tissue massage with a few bruises before but this one felt more like an «Indian burn.» I will say that most of my pain spots have loosened a bit so she did a good job on them.
Overall this is a decent place to go. I think a regular massage without their membership costs around $ 59. Not bad.

I agreed with some reviewers. The front desk is horrible with scheduling and understanding the customer’s needs. I called in to schedule someone who can work on my deep tissue. I came out very disappointed. They scheduled a therapist who could not perform a deep tissue job. During the massage section, I told the therapist that I need her to work on the deep tissue in my shoulders, but nothing happened, I felt the entire massage session she just lightly rubbed my body instead of going to the deep tissue. After 50 minutes massage, instead of giving me relaxing and relief feeling, I came out with a bad headache. I will not go back this place ever again. Just want to remind others, make sure to get the right therapist. Otherwise, you will waste your time and money.

I would like to preface this with; most of the massage therapists are great. The issue is with the front desk. Laura appears to be a very withdrawn person giving the appearance of non-​caring. She isn’t very personable. To top that off, she is absolutely horrible with scheduling. Which is her only job. You had one job Laura! More times than I can count, my wife and I have shown up to a massage that was scheduled a month in advance, confirmed and then added to our own calendars while standing there at the front desk and been told that we weren’t scheduled. Or my wife was scheduled and I was not, or vise-​versa. This time we had finally had enough. I cant count the times that I’ve walked out of there more stressed than when I walked in. We were also double charged for one month and it took almost a month to get the money back. And they don’t make any REAL attempt to fix your complaints. Needless to say, we cancelled our memberships. Oh, and the final hurrah! Upon cancelling our memberships, we were issued a gift card containing the balance of money on our account because Laura didn’t know how to issue a refund. After saying something about that, and being told she didn’t know how, rather than finding out, she continued to issue the gift card. So we were given a gift card to come back to a place that’s been nothing but stressful.
TL;DR — Go at your own risk. Don’t become a member because they cant figure out how scheduling works.

Bought a groupon, had some issues and they were taken care of.

My boyfriend and I have been getting massages here for years in the couples room.
Jacob is my favorite and my boyfriend says Dustin and Ryan are both great too. All three do a great job with deep tissue. They listen to what you want or don’t want worked on, and they are very professional about it! For example, ladies, you can take off you bras and undies or take them off (I leave my undies on). But when they get to your glutes the cover you with sheet and work through that. They take great care to make sure your modesty is not compromised when you are on your back too. It is so nice and professional.
They just started aromatherapy too. I personally don’t like the scents (they are a tad too strong) but it is nice that they offer them. The rooms are normally unscented and same with the lotion they use. This is great for people with allergies!
The therapists also follow your lead when it comes to talking. My boyfriend and I don’t usually talk during our massages and the guys respect that and don’t talk either. However, I have had a massage where I was particularly chatty and asked a lot of questions and they were eager to answer. Either way you like it they will accommodate.
My boyfriend and I have been coming here for a few years, even after we moved out of the neighborhood we drive half an hour back for our monthly massages. And we will continue to for years to come!

Tracy the massage therapist is great. However they are very unorganized at the front desk. I had to call 3 times to receive a receipt for a gift card that i purchased. Still have not received it. I will not return.

OK! I love this place. Great location (close to both work and home and it’s affordable.
I’ve been under a lot of stress lately due to both home and work; the amount of stress i was carrying caused a LOT of painful tension in my upper back, shoulders and neck area. I’m talking the kind of pain that made it unbearable to climb out of bed. I decided to try a massage in hopes it will help relieve the pain. The reviews for Elements lead me to give them a try. The ladies at the front desk were very sweet and welcoming. Todd was the gentleman who gave me my my massage. He is a MIRACLE worker. Please keep in mind that my muscles were sore and the massage came with some pressure– but, in a good way! I was so relaxed on the table and the hot stones i decided to add last minute was good thinking on my part and worked like magic helping to relax my aching muscles. It was the best 80-​mins of my life. I left that place relax and pain free. What was even more a bonus i woke up this morning pain free!!!
I would definitely recommend this place. I even plan to take advantage of the membership. It’s well worth it and one of the most affordable memberships I’ve come across.

When something hurts I go to Elements and it’s gone after I leave! True magic! All their therapists are great, concentrate on what bothers me and also find issues on their own without me even telling them about it. If you don’t like the pressure, you need to tell them instead of suffering the whole time, on the other hand, only with proper pressure you can get correct massage and resolve any tight spots and knots. I really like Dustin and Jacob. The receptionists are very nice, overall really great place.

Shopping center location, front door needs bigger flower pots. Receptionist are mellow which came across as not very friendly. Everything is unscented and oils are not on the menu. Fantastic massage, focused on all pain points, hot stones were super, massage rooms very clean, music had the right volume. Needs bubbly ethnic professional receptionists and burning candles.

I have been a monthly client since the early spring/​late winter of this year. I have been committed with my masseuse Cathy since day one! Regular massage therapy has really improved my quality of life. They offer highly personalized service and have a great friendly staff. Great value and always impressed!

A great experience and a great value…
Was complaining about some lower back pain to a friend who recommended Elements Massage. My friend is a regular here and has always had positive things to say about the place. My first visit was about a year ago and I have not been disappointed!
I have tried a few different therapists (Ryan, Tracy, and Leslie) and couldn’t pick a favorite — they have all been excellent and I’ve left every time feeling relaxed and with no more of that chronic tightness or acute pain.
The design of the studio is simple yet stylish. Plus it’s very clean, it’s in a new building and its location is convenient to other shopping that I need to do. Something else that I appreciate, because my mother is an artist, is that they feature local artists’ work which is also for sale.
The front desk staff has always been accommodating and its been easy to get an appointment. I’ve even had the therapist stay late to fit me in when I called in pain.
I’m part of their membership program now and take advantage of some of the member specials they run every month. My monthly membership is $ 59 but any return visits are just $ 49 for me or my wife.
Overall, its been a great experience and a great value every time. You’ll love it too!

I originally gave this place a low rating due to their availability and customer service. The owner reached out to me and resolved the issue. I went for a 2 hour massage a few weeks ago and noticed a big improvement.
