This place is filthy and disgusting they never clean or pressure wash the stairs there is trash all over the place and in the bushes. Trash never gets picked and if you call the office they will cuss you out. I spoke with heather about the trash all over the building and she cussed me out and threatened me.

After living here several years and through at least 5 different leasing office management changes, we have finally had enough and are now actively looking for another place to live. Part of the decision is the continual downgrade of the clientele (and character) of the residents (along with continuous raising of the rent), and secondly the continual downgrade of the of the upkeep of the grounds themselves!
When we moved here, before 2010, the place was sparkling clean, neat as a pin, with the grounds neat and trimmed, with lawncare people on duty at least once a week, with in-​house groundskeepers picking up loose trash and blowing the leaves out at least twice a week.
Now? I can’t remember the last time I saw a maintenance person with a leaf blower on his back or an outside lawncare crew on the grounds!
AND, because of the shoddy and flimsy construction of the buildings and the individual apartments themselves, don’t be surprised if you can hear everything your neighbors do, every step they take and almost everything they say!
Finally, when we first moved here, if you owned a dog, you’d better pick up after your pet when you walk him or her, or you might be punished in several ways, from small fines all the way up to and including being asked to either get rid of the dog or move out! Now, you’d better be careful where you walk, or you might be scraping crap off your shoes when you get home! This is the only place I’ve ever lived that had me longing to go back to the last place I lived for a good portion of the time I lived here.
Would I recommend this place to my friends? Only if I had a «friend» who wanted to pay way too much, for very shoddily built buildings, with very inconsiderate management and neighbors, not enough convenient parking and average-​to-​poor maintenance (one of whom was verified to be stealing medicine from both my wife and I before he was fired!), then yes, I would recommend it! In other words, if you’re looking for an apartment, go on to the next place on your list and don’t waste your time or consideration on this one. You’ll be glad you did!
