The Ranch At Ridgeview

Not much positive to say about the place. The unit wasn’t ready the day of move in and it has been down hill since then. The worst pet owners i’ve ever seen not picking up after their pets and they do it under peoples windows or the walk ways for others to walk in it. Kitchen drain backs up from upper units causing the nastiest smell in the unit with no apologies. Dishwasher and two of the stove burners didn’t work at time of move in. Appliances don’t match and are probably ten to twenty years old. People leave their trash out for all to see and takes weeks for the management to correct. Neighbors hog four parking spaces for their one unit even thou they have a two car garage they never park in. One trash compactor for the entire complex with people leaving trash piled up near it so you can’t properly dispose of your trash. The grounds are awful due to lack of attention and good maintaining. Weeds and overgrown bushes highlight the lack of grass and landscaping. I spent fifty dollars of my own to control weeds and thicken grass around my unit only to have more dogs poop and the owners to leave it. The size of the unit was okay but the quality lacks and the age shows due to lack of management effort to maintain a nice place.

My husband and I love this place! Amanda, the manager has the best customer service skills. She is the sweetest and all of our requests have been completed In a timely manner. The neighbors have been friendly. Our apartment is cute, spacious and affordable. We have had the best experience.

To be honest this apartment doesn’t even deserve 1 star. 1 is the lowest I can give so I had no choice. There’s so many problems with this place I don’t know where to begin. First, don’t expect anything to be done in a day or two… even AC. it took at least 3 weeks for them to come and fix the AC on the second room. Now, there is strong fume coming down from second floor from resurfacing the kitchen and we can’t sleep. Called office in the morning and they just apologize but no solution. It would’ve been nice to let us know ahead and provide us a place to stay for a day. It’s very stressful living here. Please stay away from this place. Not kidding.
