Tim was awesome. Over Christmas there arose a serious stink from my bathroom area but my plumber confirmed it wasn’t a plumbing issue. Next in line… a dead animal. Namely a dead rat. Thanks to all the new construction in my subdivision there are field mice and rats galore that the measly rat poisoning my HOA puts out is no match against. Tim was quick to respond and came over immediately to take a look and give me an estimate. It was the best money I’ve spent to get the dead rat out and the smell gone. Tim also plugged the entry hole in the garage just in case another rat or mouse finds it way to my garage again… along with sanitizing and deodorizing the area. I will absolutely use Tim again should the unfortunate need arise!
