The facility is clean. Beth and the rest of the staff are very nice. And the price was right. Didn’t really want to have to get a storage unit but since I did I think I made a good choice! I love the fact that they have carts available and that it’s climate controlled. Another positive thing is the little magnetic thing that keeps the door open when you’re hauling your crap in and out!

We were in dire need of a space for our RV trailer. They had one spot left and it was late in the day. Beth stayed in the office until we arrived so we had a spot for our RV. She allowed us to check the space with the trailer to make sure it fit before processing any paperwork.
They place is immulate! No debris of any kind on the grounds and the staff are by far the friendliest we ever encountered. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage on West Plano Parkway for your storage needs!

I had a great experience at this location. I was going through a rough time as I was sorting through the left affects of a house fire. Beth was so sweet and compassionately empathetic to the situation I was going through. The customer service was wonderful and everything was thoroughly explained so there would be no misunderstandings about the prices or fees. She was very helpful and eagerly willing to help whenever needed. Customer service like this doesn’t really exist anymore but this is clearly one of the few undiscovered rare gems. I’d recommend this location to anyone looking to store their items as I believe they would be very well looked after.

I would give no stars if it would let me. If there are no reviews, it is because the business removed them. The online ad is a Bait & Switch method. It gives you a rate but be prepared for mandatory insurance (theirs), administration fees, and rate hikes! They say they are «very customer service oriented», buy when you have no time to change your mind all they do is say, «I’m sorry». Do yourself a favor and rent anywhere else!!!
