the breakfast tacos are by far my favorite thing here, and you can get a satisfying, filling meal for under $ 10

Ill start with this: This place is absolutely no longer kid friendly unless you don’t mind taking your kids to a bar.
This used to be my family’s go to taco place. The tacos are very good, though a little small, and the queso is delicious.
However, this specific location has taken a downturn. It is now a full on bar. They got rid of the counter so now you have to wait in line at the bar to order behind people ordering drinks. We had to wait about ten minutes in a small line while the bartender made up the earlier in line patron’s drinks. It felt really weird with our kids there, ordering from a bar.
Also, this location does not participate in Taco Thursday. I recommend skipping the Plano location all together.

First time at this location and immediately knew I’d be back, either later for dinner, or tomorrow! Fuzzy’s is known by all I know to have amazing tacos, nachos, drinks, etc. what made this a location I’d visit regularly is because of the amazing, friendly, out if her way customer service LESLIE provided! I’ve managed restaurants for almost a decade and I’d add her to my team in a heartbeat! She made the place enjoyable with attentiveness, maturity, and a smile that you don’t find at many restaurants!!! Definitely will return in the next 24 hours!!!

Great tacos, EVEN BETTER service! The young lady with braces working the register was so friendly and was the epitome of Texas hospitality. Not only were the tacos delicious and flavorful… the commitment of the servers to clean off every table was devine! The young lady made one of the best margaritas I’ve had from fuzzys yet. Nothing like perfect tacos and service with a smile. Thank you cashier for great service!

Moldy coffee creamer, and a complete lack of concern when brought to their attention. The creamer stayed out for the rest of breakfast.

Really good taco’s!
I had a corn tortilla w/​fajita meat & eggs. It was delicious!
Restaurant was clean. Staff was friendly and the food was out pretty quick.
Definitely worth a stop when you are in the area. I was surprised that this location only averaged 3 stars. I thought it was great.

Food wasn’t what I expected not much flavor in the proteins. Lime cilantro rice and black beans horrible. Over poor food quality and customer service doesn’t exist.

Fuzzy’s is very good dependable basic reasonably priced great place for a fast snack or lunch and a beer or soft drink a step above your basic fast food place that’s why I gave it 4 stars versus a 3

Stayed at a hotel behind this place and visited here several times during our stay.
Margaritas — good value for the price and pretty good also.
Fajitas and tacos were both pretty good. Fresh and hot and better than some higher price sit down restaurants.

I live very close to this place and decided to give it a try randomly one day. So glad I did! I really enjoyed the fish and the shrimp tacos. They were nicely stuffed and had great flavor. I also thought the salsa they put in the bag was awesome! My husband has tried the breakfast burrito and the pork burrito and he loved both, but the breakfast was his favorite. Their prices are good, the staff is very friendly, and the décor is fun and festive. If you have a hankering for some Mexican and you happen to be in Plano I think you should check this place out. And they have margaritas… but I didn’t try one so I can’t comment on that.

Came in here after being ignored at another restaurant for 20 minutes and having to leave but still needing to get back to work within a reasonable time. Food was tasty enough, fast enough and decent sized. Service was meh (the guy taking the order didn’t seem to give an F).

Fuzzys rocks. Fresh, tasty and always hits the spot. Taco Bell cannot compare. I always call in my order instead of waiting in line. Watch the garlic sauce, it can sometimes be overdone. I have tried every breakfast burrito, taco and fajita with different sides. All good. In a world of same old same old TexMex this place stands out.

Fuzzys keeps getting better and better. I have found that the Shrimp and breaded fish (tacos and burritos) are the best things to order on the menu. My wife really enjoys the grilled shrimp salad. The service is getting better and better. I get smiled at now and greeted when I order. The kitchen staff seems to be more prompt and even says thank you and smiles when I pick up my food. I will have to try the fajita steak tacos next.

Return visit to this location. I’ve been to the one in Frisco Texas several months ago. Good menu lots of fun watch the TV shows. Enjoy a beer or a margarita with friends and family. Photo is Sunday lunch July 2014

Im sure there are plenty of awesome taco places in the DFW area, but I always look forward to going to Fuzzy’s when I am in the area. I wish they had restaurants in Florida. Im a pescatarian, so I ordered the shrimp/​fish and veggie crisy tacos. The Food was awesome. Crispy shells, tempura was perfect. Veggies tasted fresh. Ive never been disappointed. Food comes out quick. The portions are very generous too. Give them a try, you wont be disappointed.

Three words. Shrimp Tempura Tacos!!!
I have reviewed other Fuzzy’s Taco Shops and they all have been fantastic, now I have to admit I have only tried a few of their tacos but I only come here for their Shrimp Tempura Tacos which gives them a 5 star in my book because I can eat those tacos until I’m full and can’t stand up.

It’s not so much that Fuzzy’s is terrible but it’s just so meh. The tacos are at best decent, the sides are pretty run of the mill faux mex. The borracho beans are sometimes pretty good and sometimes too boozy. The ambiance is typical icehouse.
With so many other options for tacos I just can’t fathom why I would voluntarily choose to come here.
