I like this gamestop. The people who work there are pretty nice. The only problem is that some of the people there get confused easily. But, overall good store.

Staff at this location are very helpful and knowledgeable about the products they stock. While the return policy might be confusing to those who do not bother to read the back of their receipt to any one else it is perfectly clear and reasonable.

Maybe I should have one of my boys rate this place. Nah!
I want to boil this down to simple customer service. These guys and the overall return policy at Gamestop is horrible. If my kids weren’t so dead set on getting their games here, I’d buy them on line or at target.

Let’s just say that I know this place very, very well. Inside and out. But to keep it simple, I will review this place as a regular customer.
Recently, the employees had seem to improved on customer service compare to the previous review by Seth L. They would always greet you and try to be helpful. Some can also be really friendly.
Definitely have to admit one thing: this store is humongousss. An extremely large selection of games. What’s also great is that it is connected to Barnes & Noble.
