I’ve always had predictably quick and courteous service here. I always have to take it to go though, since usually there’s some antisocial customer with the need to be seen, spread out on a table for four and screaming into their speakerphone, likely for much longer than whatever the average stay is. I feel a bit bad for employees, and wish they had more support from corporate I’m dealing with the environmental issues.

Typical Starbucks. Attached/open to Barnes and Noble. Size is a bit cramped. You can work, but don’t expect a lot of space. They have chairs outside. Service is a bit slow.

I did a mobile order at this location and it was probably the slowest, most unfriendly service I’ve ever experienced and I go to a lot of Starbucks locations for mobile orders. Katie was making the drinks at a snail’s pace and when she finally made mine, it seemed like she slowed down more. I wasn’t greeted. Although I was standing near the bar for a while, I was never addressed. And when she finally finished the drink, she sat it on the counter and handed me a straw without ever saying a word. Definitely far from my best Starbucks experience.

One of my least favorite locations. Always takes forever and can rarely get a drink order correct. Time for some new staff or at the very least some serious barista training needed here!

This is what Starbucks calls quality? I ordered a youthberry tea & the Starbucks representative left the tea tag out & it dripped all over my truck. Very disappointed.

Really didn’t expect it to take 25 minutes to get an iced coffee. There was only a line of three people in front of me. While the staff was friendly and accommodating, they moved about as fast as molasses in a snowstorm. I ordered a venti cold brew with soy. It was extremely sour, so I asked for more soy milk. The barista didn’t hear me and continued making other drinks. I got her attention and she helped. I tasted again, still very sour, like old coffee meets soy milk going bad. The barista remade my drink, still awful. She then suggested iced coffee instead, she made that and it was serviceable. I was quite disappointed with the cold brew, I’ve had it many times already and never such a horrible flavor!

I love how there’s a Barnes and Nobles attached to it(Or is it the other way around?). Anyway, i come here mostly to grade, since it is open later than most places(11), but drinks here are inconsistent. Sometimes they are great, and sometimes they get your order wrong three times; it depends on the barista. The tables fill up fast, so get here early afternoon. If you get bored, go next door for a book. :)
