Horchow Finale

Treasure hunting. The best part is not knowing exactly what they might have in store whenever you visit. The savings are, in more than 50% of the cases, at or below wholesale cost. A great place to find unique items at discounted prices.
Horchow gets sample or overstock products from Neiman Marcus and Bergdorf Goodman, as well as items purchased especially for the store.
Their seasonal sales are great, and I highly recommend them. The staff is helpful.

I bought 2 mirrors but they only charged for one and sold the other one, was not happy about it.

They won’t stop emailing me even after I unsubscribed. STOP.
Horchow is annoying, they get your email address from the postal service when you move and send a barrage of emails asking you if you want to buy their garbage

I absolutely love working with Barbara J. She is such a sweet, helpful, classy lady.
She helped me design my entire Master Suite from just seeing a photo on my phone. She has such great taste, and can visualize the end results. She went out of her way to help me find the exact large furniture and décor pieces. I would shop with her any day.
Highly recommend stopping by and shopping there.

Dang! I’m shocked to see the mediocre/​poor reviews of this place. I’m admittedly easy to please, but I went to Horchow yesterday for the first time and loved the shiz out of it! I came away with 3 fab pieces of artwork, a giant bold area rug and a couple throw pillows. Horchow is Neiman Marcus store, so yes, prices CAN certainly be steep, but there are some friggin’ PHENOMENAL steals as well! I’m totally down with finding designer décor on the cheap!
The only negative for me is that upon walking in, it seems a little old and cluttered… something I can easily overlook once I’m all up in my shopping groove. I will definitely go back here. Store associates are friendly and helpful as well!

Looking for bedroom furniture but didn’t find any. The place seems unorganized and cluttered but I heard from a designer that it’s a great place for ready to hang drapes. Not at that stage in my project but I will update my review when I go back.

This place has a lot of stuff everywhere. Think Neiman Marcus Last Call but on steroids for home décor. In my opinion, it was pretty overwhelming. A lot of clearance Neiman Marcus furniture, lamps, tables, candles, etc. I came here looking for décor pillows but didn’t find any I liked. I also looked around to see if there was anything that would catch my eye, but nothing. Also, as stated by a previous reviewer, the prices are still pretty expensive. I think this place is more of a «hit or miss» depending on what shipments they receive. I would call in to check for a better selection of items.

I am giving this place 4-​stars because there’s a LOT of great items in the store.. .but unfortunately, they’re way overpriced. But okay.. .so this is a Neiman Marcus store. .like a Last Call but for furniture, other random household items, and jewelry. .of course it’s going to be expensive! But oh boy.. .there’s really nothing you can buy unless you’re willing to put down a couple dozen bills if you know what I mean. They have ridiculous things like a wooden horse, a HUGE sofa-​like 2-​seater chair with this python leather material, and other crazy stuff. It’s definitely fun to look around and see what they got. In the back, they have a small clearance section to browse through. Make sure if you’re going to purchase a clearance item that you look at it thoroughly to make sure there’s nothing wrong with it.
I did take a look at the jewelry and some of their bedding — seems somewhat affordable, but I knew I didn’t need to buy this stuff here. I’d say Horchow Finale is really a place for window shopping — admiring the beautiful and cool stuff — not for purchasing!

Okay, this is a store kind of like Steinmart, where you can find good deals if you know how to look and if you have patience. The thing that turns me off though is that they have open dressing rooms. So don’t wear embarrassing underwear because all the other ladies will see!
