They didn’t honor the 5% off while checking in. The offer has no restriction other than lunch only… We went for lunch on a Saturday and they say is only Monday to Friday… The food is below average… we got chilly chicken that was not spicy at all, hot and sour soup(this was the best in our order), manchurian chicken(just ok) and fried rice(meh) I think was over price for what we got…(Qualify-price) I think express panda is better… Not coming back…

I have visited this restaurant on numerous occasions. I am returning each time because the food quality/service has been consistently good for us. We always order vegetarian and are very fond of the crispy baby corn, dry cauliflower manchurian, veg fried rice, veg coins manchurian sauce, crispy potatoes and crispy paneer. Their veg soups are nice also. You can expect to spend approx $ 20 per person. They automatically include gratuity for parties of 5 or more, so be prepared.

Good spicy indo-Chinese food. Have eaten her several times. Their Chicken 65 is my favorite dish! My only complaint in the past was their servers… some of them had an attitude problem! Looks like they’ve been replaced. I like the team they have there now. Have not tried their Irving location, but the Plano one is our favorite.

Decent food for quick lunch on weekdays. The price is bit on the high side for lunch though. This is one of my regular lunch place because it is very close to work and I get my food quick. Service is ok.

Ordered through . Food was horrible. Worst Chicken Manchurian I ever ate. The quality of food is not fresh. One star for packaging. Very bad experience. Not worth the money. Will never order again.

Have returned time and time again to satiate my craving for their Crispy Chili Baby Corn. The crisp, garlic-y, fire-y and deliciously flavored appetizer is something i have to have when the cravings hit. When they say spicy, it truly is spicy. Very few servers(actually have seen 1 only at every visit) so the service could definitely have been better but you can tell that all staff-bus boys, that we did see, all busted their bums off.

Typical Indian non sense !! Ordered to-go by looking at online menu. only to realize price of each item is $ 2 – 3 higher when picking up. Simple explanation. its old menu. and can’t change cuz its in the system. Typical pathetic indian service. Why can’t Dallas have one rest w good customer service. On top of it. quantity of the food was super small. and OK quality. not too great. Stay Away !!

Tonight’s dinner was so good. Way better than Irving and way better than my last experience here. The gobi Manchurian was flavorful and crisp. The chinese bhel was Delish. The garlic noodles and pan fried paneer was a great pairing. The service was also excellent! I highly recommend this place!

One of the best Indo-Chinese restaurant in Dallas. Plus: ++ Close to Indo-Chinese food that we get on streets in India. ++ Good ambiance.

Food is good but wait is long and there is compulsory gratuity for 5+. Not that we would not have tipped but no one should charge forced tips and waiters should earn it. Hope the hotel changea their policies.

One of the best Indo-chinese places in Plano. It’s not in the most obvious location, but if you don’t mind using a GPS, this place is a great find. Pros: + Lots of choices + Vegetarian Friendly + Multiple spice levels — easy to control + quick lines whenever I’ve been in + Favorite dishes — Lat Mai Kai Cons: — some of the places are a little crowded — wish they had better answers

Food is okay. Service is pathetic! I’ve been to this restaurant 2 times now and I would say the service was pathetically slow even on Wednesday when there were hardly any people in the restaurant. Waiter too 20 mins to come and ask us for water. Food took an hour. I ordered lassi which is an Indian drink which takes max of 5 mins to make when the food came. We finished the food and my friends also ordered their deserts and finished and still no sign of lassi even after reminding 3 times. You can get better food at Bombay chopsticks and even the service is faster! Food is pricy here at inchins too! If you go for dinner, expect that it will take you 2 hours at least where eating time is 15 mins! Update 10/29/2015: 2 of my friends have complained the same in the last 2 weeks. So I guess their service is still showing some amazing quality of bonding you together by talking while waiting for the food.

Food is really YUMMY but look out for the spice level. If you go for spicy options get ready for full throttle. But anyhow everything in their menu is tasty n the quantity they give is sufficient. Restaurant itself has a very nice ambiance and its always very crowded in the peak hours. But remember, crowd means food is good ;).

Very long wait and waiters are running around like crazy! Poorly organized operations and each time it’s inconsistent service. Long line to pay the bill for take out! Owner needs to pay attention as customers are hating the service and wait times.

Great Indo Chinese. Very consistent with their food. Ask for Darcy. She is great with recommendations! We always get crispy fried baby corn and Chinese bhel. Singapore Shrimp and the crispy honey fried eggplant are great entrees. So is Shanghai Potatoes. I don’t get chicken because I don’t like dark meat but that’s my personal preference. Haven’t tried dessert here so can’t comment on that.
