Great cigar store and the customer service is excellent. They have a great selection of cigars and unlike a lot of cigar stores that don’t carry low end non-​branded cigars, Sir Elliot’s does, so if you are on a budget this is the place to go. Have been buying my cigars here for many years and have always have great service.

I have been shopping here for years. Fair selection compared to other stores in area but this one is close to home… and 10% discount every Thu. Staff friendly and helpful to new smoker or one looking for gift/​party favors. New name over front door now; Cigar Lounge.

Can’t recommend the place more highly. Staff is outstanding — primarily guys retired and working for the good of the leaf. This location doesn’t have the lounge area like the one further south. Nice size humidor, also a selection of pipes, tobaccos, and pipe accessories. Catering to all BOTL.

Sir Elliots is a great place to browse and buy Cigars and Cigar accessories. They have a large, open humidor with a great selection of Cigars. The service has always been top notch and I will continue to be a Sir Elliots customer.

This is one of the few Cigar/​Tobacco shops left in the Plano area. The guy’s who work here are great guys. I wish they would expand and build a nice cigar lounge at this location. This place is little far from my house, but I don’t mind driving here to give them my business.
