Super friendly crew! They took extra special care of my car, while my son and I went next door for sushi! They did super fast and quality service! The whole team greeted my son and I; and went above and beyond the call of duty! This was our first time here, but they’ve just earned a lifetime customer! Can’t say enough great things about them!

Service was fast (about 30 min), they didn’t try to sell me any additional services other than the usual engine and cabin filters (which I declined). The technician was friendly and not pushy. With a $ 10 coupon my oil change was only $ 31 plus tax. Would definitely recommend!

The workers took about an hour to change oil, which seemed a little long. The steering wheel and gear shifter were left greasy. They also got a little bit of black stuff on the inside of the door. Other than that, it was fine.

This place is should change their name to «jippy lube!» I tried something new and got RAPE on the prices! I bought a $ 25 Groupon and still had to pay an EXTRA $ 36.69. If they hadn’t already started I would have left. Before you go to this place please know your about the oil for your specific vehicle.
Going here was just as bad as when I left Apple to get a Samsung device… needless to say, I happily returned to Apple my very next phone purchase!

Professional and friendly staff, gave me a mail-​in rebate and they said they’ll mail in for me which is something that I’d never have done myself. Gives this otherwise mediocre franchise a good né and reputation. I’ll be coming back here for my future oil changes even though it’s out of the way from where I live

I had my oil changed there today, and upon inspection I was told my cabin air filter needed to be changed. The price was $ 50 additional dollars. The price wasn’t a big deal, I just didn’t have enough cash on me, and my debit card was lost. When I got back in my car and turned on my AC, it was whistling at a high pitch, and this had me worried. So I decided to check to see if I could change the filter myself. After watching a 1 minute video on Youtube, and looking up the price of the filter at AutoZone (CAF1816 $ 14.99), I decided to change it myself. Upon removing the old filter, I was surprised to find a plastic bag and some paper shoved behind my existing filter. That’s a pretty tough feat considered it’s a closed compartment, and it was found on the back side of the filter. It would have been impossible not to notice when re-​placing my existing filter. What douchebags! It’s pretty obvious what happened. When I refused the service they tried to make a point. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

I wasn’t happy with the results of my service here. My SUV was overfilled with oil by 2 full quarts. The staff was nice, but I was told many people are «in training» and they made several obvious errors. I always keep an eye on the work done to my car because some things are just too damaging to ignore… like overfilling or under filling with oil, or transmission fluid, etc. I suggest you do the same at this location especially.

Excellent customer service. They are very polite and professional and do quality work. No sales pressure, just honest observations and options. This is by far the best service I have ever received at a standard oil change facility. This is the first time I have visited this location… I went because it was the closest place open on Sunday. I will definitely go back

Once upon a time, I was a loyal Walmart oil change customer. Loyal, but not content. In theory, having your oil changed while you shopped for school snacks and Clorox wipes made sense, but the oil change never took the estimated 45 minutes, and the cost for the service has more than doubled over the past five years.
After being told by one Walmart auto-​care employee that my oil could not be changed as the «buddy system» employee had not reported for duty that morning, I decided to try the nearby Jiffy Lube.
The price was comparable to Walmart, but in addition to changing the oil, they also vacuumed my car and cleaned the windows. When the car was ready, the service representative walked me out and even opened my car door for me.
The best part? The whole process start-​to-​finish took roughly fifteen minutes. Consider me extremely content, Jiffy Lube – you’ve just earned a loyal customer.

This jiffy lube is exceptional. Soooo unlike other crappy auto places. They have a staff that has been there for years and they have been very well trained on customer service. They are friendly, do good, fast work. And when the work is done, they open your car door and are just incredibly polite and respectful folks. Kudos to Rachael who does the greeting and checkout. She is awesome. I could go a lot of places to get an oil change, but it’s the high touch service they provide which keeps me coming back. They are truly worth going out of your way for. Thanks guys!

These guys provided a quick oil change and it was on a Saturday… plus, they pointed out immediately that the oil cap was missing… obviously happened in VA a few months ago before we moved at the discount oil change place I went to… luckily no oil thrown all over the engine… went next door to an auto parts place who sold me a replacement plug… stopped back at JL as the «check engine» light had come on… The manager, I believe his name was Jason, adjusted the air filter sensor and put the plug in for me… Great Customer Service

Never go there in your life. I was changing the engine oil for a relatively new car. The mechanic overtightened the bolt and broke my oil pan. N when he realised he had done that instead of telling me the issue he says if the check engine sign comes on its part of the oil change. It cost me a $ 1000 to get it fixed from a different place as he said they dont provide the service there after i found out the issue. The car broke down after it was running smoothly … They ruined my car! NEVER GO THERE THEY ARE FUCKERS!!! Save your money and save yourself from all the trouble!!!

Excellent service! Quick, reliable, and trustworthy staff.
I came in to take care of my vehicle inspection. Evan received me as soon as I walked in. Within 25 minutes I was in and out. They checked up on everything, and replaced the sticker (& in my case the brake tag sticker as well).
Normally inspections run for $ 40, but they had a special for $ 34.75 flat.
