Monday Special at this location only has 1 piece of chicken instead of 2 pieces. When ask why, employee says that they are franchise entity so they can do whatever they want :(

We hadn’t been to a KFC in a long time. chicken pot pie was yummy, the chicken skin was not so good on the thigh. Everything else was ok.

Like any fast food place, there are going to be good days and bad. This location is more good IMO. This is up the road from my work, so it is a fairly regular stop. They are pretty consistent at lunch (speed, quality and accuracy). I don’t eat here much since they got rid of the $ 1.99 Monday 2 piece special, but still come at least once a week to hang out with a co-​worker who likes the Wednesday chicken fried steak deal. I have been here the past couple of weekends to pick up takeout food for the family (they are running a Sat/​Sun $ 10⁄10 piece bucket special). Last weekend, we got a bucket of original, and this weekend we got an original and a crispy. Both times, the food was packaged immediately and was fresh. Pieces were all large by the cut. My biggest complaint with KFC is pricing. As long as that deal keeps up, it will be a regular family meal if we don’t feel like cooking or going to a restaurant.

Sad sad place. I started by ordering something for me and my friend — they didn’t have it. Ok — so order changed. Yet again, they didn’t have it. Another order change.
Then I see they’re out of spoons — critical item when eating something. When it finally came, the fried chicken was bad — soggy and was salty beyond belief.
Staff — completely dazed and confused.
If KFC is reading this — please close this store.

This place is hit or miss on my orders. In addition, most of the time they are out of chicken so I have to wait an additional 10 – 15 minutes just for some chicken
