McDonald’s

The ppl were very rude. I had to wait 20 minutes for two parfaits I ordered in a parking space. After 15 minutes I went inside to ask nicely what was taking so long. They were not busy so I didn’t get why I had to wait so long. They looked at me and rudely said they weren’t ready. I asked how much longer. By now my food was cold. The girl gave me attitude and said 5 minutes. 5 minutes later she slams it on the counter and walks away with no apology. Ppl who worked there before were nice. These new ppl need training in customer service. This is not the first time I have a rude encounter in the past two months

Have you been to a McDonalds recently? Today I stopped by for breakfast. The counter person was efficient enough and I had no problem with the sausage McMuffin, that is until I noticed the price. It was $ 1.00 a short time ago and today it was $ 1.29 an increase of 29%. I looked closely at the dollar menu and finally located it on a small board on the left side of all the menu items. There were three items on the $ 1.00 menu, coffee, sausage biscuit and has browns. Everything else that was here a few weeks ago has completely disappeared from the $ 1.00 menu. And McDonald’s wonders why they are losing customers. I don’t mind a few cents increase, however 29% is more than a few cents. In a few weeks that wording for the «One Dollar» menu will no doubt disappear.

Great experience! Service was fast and polite. The play area is small but set up well for what they have. The climbing objects and slides make noises when impacted by little hands and feet on them. Very clean store and play area. Their outdoor patio was clean, large, and very nice! No complaints! Great location, service, and food.

The breakfast crew here is top-​notch — fast, friendly and professional. Lunch and dinner are hit and miss, but definitely more hit than miss.
I had the McRib today, normally one of my favorites… but I’ve been in Texas for a year now, where you can throw a rock in any direction and hit good BBQ.
Sorry, McRib; I can see you for the poseur that you are. Time to go our separate ways.
But the breakfast still rocks.

The older gentlemen working the graveyard shift is a character if I’ve ever met one. Frankly a late night trip to this MickeyD’s should be in your near future just so you can meet this guy. He’s a jokester and always got a huge grin on his face. You aren’t gonna get outta there without a good laugh! This is McDonald’s… It tastes the same everywhere you go and it’s not exactly good. But this guy is the night life in Plano, Texas — go pay him a visit!

They’ve recently revamped the McDonald’s, and it’s nice to see that people are enjoying it as well as I am. As far as food goes, it meets my expectations for a fast food restaurant, and have no hassle. My only concern is that the play area is now really close to the eating area, which causes a lot of child presence and sound. I prefer it the way it was, but great for a quick easy meal.

Good service, fast and not much else to say

$ 0.99 Big Macs this week for their remodel celebration. Well staffed, friendly and fast service even though they were super crowded both inside and at the drive through. Accommodated my allergy request (no sesame seed buns) by replacing the top and bottom of the big Mac buns with regular hamburger buns.

Quick service, hot food, cheap prices (of course).
It’s under construction right now, so only the drive thru is open.

The sweet young lady who takes orders is the one redeeming quality about this sub par performer. The food is often cooked inconsisently, hash browns are burned. orders are frequently incomplete or wrong. Efforts to contact the ownership group O’Reilly McDonalds, have no result. These people clearly dont care about their customers and McDonalds needs to step in

Hip Hip Hooray for the manager and late night team here. I had a craving for some chicken nuggets at 11:30 one night. I thought that nobody was open that late. I went to the drive thru here and politely asked if there was anyway that I could order a twenty piece nuggets with a small order of fries. The manager was super cool and asked if I mind waiting about ten minutes since they had to heat up the fryer and make more. I of coarse said no problem and waited. Not only were the fresh and steamy hot, they were oh so delicious! And I ordered a small fry but they gave me a medium one (I guess to get rid of some). But who cares it was great. I loved the fact that they were willing to make me food so late at night and upgrade my order for free. I will soooooo be coming back!!!

I hate McDonald’s because the ice cream cones could only be satisfying to a person who is anorexic. Call Nicole Richie, I’m sure she can give you an endorsement. In fact next time I consider buying an ice cream cone here I will think about my experience today and put it to a better use… in the bottom of a homeless persons tin cup. That would be more fulfilling then these cones.
