Incredibly disappointed in this printer. Prices are high but because of my sense of loyalty I’ve done business with this company for (5 – 13) years. Their graphic person (owner’s son) took offense at me referring to him as «the graphics boy» and the owner Jerry Brown told me to take my business elsewhere. Sacrificing a customer for the sake of a misinterpretation by an employee – even if he’s your baby boy?
«J.T., We do not hire graphic „boys“ but highly educated college graduates. We will not be printing your material. You will need to find another printer.»
