Mattress Firm Clearance

I had a mishap in which the delivery men didn’t handle my frame situation so well so upon writing a review I asked to be contacted by a manager and was contacted within the same day. They apologized and asked to fix the situation within the week and did so. The delivery men we’re late but as they did the set up VERY quickly so that made up for it. I’m happy with my new frame! :)

I went to mattress firm to find a queen mattress on a budget for my dorm. These guys were a great help and Keith was an awesome employee who helped me grind a mattress within my budget!!!

I went to this store, and was serviced by a salesperson called Keith ! He was very very patient, professional and friendly he didn’t make us buy expensive stuff ! And only introduced us what we really need and explain all the thing we don’t know about the mattress and box spring !! I really appreciate his excellent service ! Ended up buying $ 559 (mattress and box) ! Very satisfied !

Excellent quality service that exceeded my expectations. We received immediate attention when we walked in and mike was very helpful and knowledgable. I asked him how we lucked out to have a guy with 39 years of experience under his belt and he shared doe of his story. Very professional and honest sales guy. My wife and I were in the market for a new mattress and decided to try a few places in Plano including Mattress Firm, Sleep Experts, Mattress HQ and a few others. On Friday we wanted to go retry some mattresses but everywhere was closed except Mattress Firm.
The sales guy, Mike, listened to our requirements and our budget and proceeded to show us a number of mattresses. It’s a bit of a challenge because my wife needs a bit of a softer bed whereas I need something firmer.
He showed us what was in our price range, and if there was something out of it, he would let us know first. We finally found one that seemed comfortable for both of us and we spent about 15 minutes on the bed to see how it felt.
Never during this time were we felt pressured to purchase anything and never did it feel like we were being a nuisance trying all these beds.
Mike is very knowledgeable about his mattresses and was able to give me pro’s and con’s when I asked about them.
A mattress isn’t going to be the biggest purchase you ever make, but it’s something you’re going to live with for the next 8 – 10 years. There is a sleep guarantee ($ 140 I think it was to change your mattress if you don’t like it). Make sure you spend plenty of time on the mattress before putting down your hard earned cash.
Overall, good buying experience. Friendly and knowledgeable sales staff. Store was a big bright and not as relaxing as Sleep Experts and I think delivery charge of $ 80 is a bit steep, tho I did get a nice freebie which makes up for it.
If you’re in the market for a new place to park your body at night, I’d highly recommend the Mattress Firm on US75 in Plano as one of your stops.

This store was excellent and their sales staff was very charming and helpful. The worked with our budget and went above and beyond to meet our need.
We purchased a king mattress set and bedding protector and they found a clearance bed that fit what we were looking for. I would recommend this store to anyone.
