McDonald’s

This restaurant ran out of French fries lol I do not recommend this location. They would not even compensate with anything else on the menu. The employee asked me if I wanted hash browns instead and I asked if they would be free for the inconvenience. The employee just went dead silent. Note that I was at this location around 7:30pm and was ordering a double quarter pounder and a medium drink. The service I received was terrible but what do you expect from this restaurant chain?

This location is HORRIBLE! All I want is a mocha frappé. They never have coffee ready and its a wait! Why is it on the menu???

Ordered inside at lunch time on Saturday. Food was McDonalds — not expecting much. They got me my grub quickly. No issues with food, however playing CNN on the one and only TV makes this place really suck. Makes me want to vomit. I couldn’t eat my food. I won’t come back.

Order price changed 3 times between order and window. Order not correct. Fries COLD!!! Really the only reason we go to McDonalds is for the yummy fries. My advice … Keep driving, so not worth the money. Even if it is cheap, 7 Eleven probably could have delivered a better meal. Ok, meal is a stretch. Just avoid this place unless the planet has no other food.

if you’re the owner of this McD’s you need to know this particular one at 121 & Preston sucks!!! 10 min wait for fast food is a bit much! Every time we come here we have to wait… I’m beginning to think u guys must be killing chickens and growing potatoes from scratch in the kitchen to fill orders bcuz that would be the only acceptable reason for the extremely long wait! Ice cream & hot apple pies aren’t always available… it’s like a crap shoot! Don’t come to this joint craving for either bcuz u might leave majorly disappointed! Lucky for you I have kids who thrive on happy meals but sad for me that ur the closest location. And get this… ur peeps act like giving me one BBQ sauce per chicken nugget order is like I’m asking them to give me blood! I’m gonna stop right here as I’m getting heated writing this review as the clock hits min 11 waiting on our order! One would think I came to this McD’s and ordered Chinese food with the amt of time we’ve been waiting! May God grant your patrons patience when they come here… they’re gonna need it!

There is typically only ice cream available about 50% of the time. They are either «out» or «the ice cream machine is broken». Unfortunately, my wife has MS and needs a vanilla cone now and then to cool off, so this is where we have to go. I always go inside now because if you order ice cream with other items, they will make the ice cream first and hand the melted mess to you when you get to the drive thru window. I also always preface my order with the question «Is your ice cream machine working today?»
Well, too bad it was working today. My wife thought it tasted funny because she wasn’t feeling well and sometimes medication can affect the flavor of stuff… so I tried it… and then spit it out. I couldn’t quite place the disinfectant flavor until the wife yelled out «campho phenique!» Yes! That’s exactly it!
She called up and let the manager know what had happened and asked him to check the machine so that no other customer (especially children) would have to belch whatever chemical this is the rest of the night.
Who knows if he did anything…
On the up side, there are several staff members there that are very friendly and attentive. I agree with others; I think the volume is so high that there is not much time or regard for customer experience.

I was in the store this morning getting breakfast around 640am and while i was waiting on my food, the employee comes to the register where a customer is ordering her food and says «i am leaving, you guys are a bunch of lazy mutha fukuh’s». The woman obviously didn’t like to hear this hood rat talk and said «this is how you guys run this store, who is in charge? The manager walks up and the hood rat says «it aint my store maam, i don’t work here, they needed my help! Then she starts talking to the manager while this kid gets on his cell phone all loud and saying «i got paid «. Blah blah blah. The lady says «i don’t want to hear that nasty language» and the hood rat turns his back to her, bends forward sticking his butt out and tells her to kiss it!!!
The manager didn’t even kick him out of the store!!! Seriously??? No wonder the drive thru always backed up and it takes 20 minutes with chaos! like this in the store. Hood rat probably still sitting up there now waiting on his ride!
I hope the manager and owner see’s this and is thoroughly embarrassed!!!

This Mcdonalds is horrible. I had to wait 15 minutes for a parfait that is already pre-​made and a medium hazelnut coffee when the place wasn’t even busy. This isn’t the first time the service has been slow here. The workers at this location are also very rude. It doesn’t hurt to smile.

Its McDonalds!

This is the worst McDonald’s in the history of ever. Unfortunately, it’s the closest one to my residence. I’ve never been here where there wasn’t a 20-​minute-​plus wait — no matter if breakfast, off-​peak hours, lunch or late-​night. Additionally, every time I come here there is brand new staff and new managers.
McDonald’s corp — this is a prime location. It’s highly trafficked and looks lovely, but the service is crap at a big intersection. Get your ish together.

I have been to this McDonalds several times. I have gone back because it’s on my way home but on principle have decided not to return. They need to learn to manage their drive thru. Everytime I’m there the drive thru is slow. This is a fast food place. Last time I was in line for 20 minutes and was told there was a delay because they were restocking. I’ve been to a lot of McDonalds all over the country and have never had this issue. I tried to get out of line but was pinned in. This is not the first time they’ve been slow at this location. It’s everytime.

Room for improvement alert!
Kitchen staff seemed aloof, perhaps over worked and under staffed. Any way, waited 15 min for a lousy burger. Giving one star for the Paul Newman Italian dressing. Knowing this is not a typical experience, this particular location has tremendous room to improve. Upgraded look is nice, indeed.

I actually don’t eat McDonalds. Just never been a fan. I even worked here as a kid to buy cymbals for my drumset. It sucked. Lol.
The service was great. very cheerful and friendly. My order was right. the burger was a little dry, but nice and hot. The fries are good. duh they always have been.
So occasionally I’ll stop here if I want something different.

I didn’t know it was possible to make McDonald’s sub-​par, but this place seems to accomplish it. The lady In front of me was upset because they had screwed up her order. Then a guy came in after going through the drive through — his order was missing fries. Fortunately, my order was correct. There seem to be a LOT of people working here. Not sure what they’re all doing because it takes forever to get a to-​go order. The burger was tougher and dryer than any I’ve ever had at mcd’s — I guess they overlooked it. With all the options around, we probably won’t be visiting this location again.

SLOW! Ive stopped at most of the McDonald’s in the dallas and suburbs area for the $ 1.08 fountain drinks and tea. I’ve never gone through the drive through in less than 7 – 8 minutes. Not once. Unbelievable how slow they are. Keep telling the cash taker at first window to please hand me my drink because I’ve been here so long.

I don’t normally eat at McDonalds but it was late and I needed to get something to eat. The I was surprised that both the drive thru and the restaurant were both open 24 hours a day. Most only have drive thru service open late or 24 hours. They promptly took my order and when I pulled around to the window I was promptly greeted and paid for my meal but when I pulled up to the second window to get my food, I waited for almost 3 minutes before anyone even came to the window. That is not like McDonalds at all. I am assuming it was due to the late hour but 3 minutes at a drive thru is like a life time.
The food was ok but McDonalds is pretty consistent with their food at all locations.

Charged me for what I ordered, got something different, told them, and asked them to fix it… and they told me that I ordered Nd they were busy.
So I got charged two dollars more. Gahhh I NEVER eat at mcd’s and I was craving what I ordered…
NEVER AGAIN

Terrible. Line always wrapped around the building and the overnight service is a joke. Credit card machine is always «updating «so it’s cash only, location is bad also. Went there a few weeks back (around 130am) and waited in the drive thru for 17 minutes only to get a block away to taste my fries and they were not even edible. They tasted as though they had been sitting under the warmer way too long and then thrown back in the fryer to warm and serve. They were so dry and nasty that they flaked in my mouth when chewing them.
I returned to the place and the line of course wrapped around the building so i go inside. The drive they guy takes my fries, no apology and throws them out and then drops a new batch in the fryer. Him and the cool walk to the back with the manager and I am left unattended along with the ppl at the drive they window for approx 5 minutes. Meanwhile I start hearing these buzzers going off, my fries are done, thank god, I can go home; wrong! no one is there to take the things out of the fryer.
buzzer continues and then another noise is added, nope not the drive thru (the cars out there are in grid lock) it’s the grill. I noticed by the white cloud of smoke engulfing the kitchen and then realized it was the smoke alarm. so finally after about 30 seconds of that the cool comes up and starts waving his arms trying to clear the smoke and then calls for help. The fry guy comes up and finally takes my fries out of the grease and gives them to me. I tried one and yes they were a little crisp and def dark brown but they were edible unlike the ones prior. Decided to cut my losses as I had been there for half an hour waiting and I was expecting the kitchen to go up in flames if I didn’t hurry and get out of there…
Home now; Drowned fries in salt and ketchup to mask the taste of old/​dirty grease. When I opened my burger and began to eat it I knew it would be cold as I had waited forever right? Well, not only was it cold, the thing was CHARRED! The meat had burn marks and grit on it.
Disgusting, terrible service and the menu items are more expensive because they are open 24 hours. I will never return!

This particular location sucks on so many levels! Tonight was the ultimate letdown. My husband ordered burgers & when we opened one of the burger cartons, several knats were lying all over the actual burger. Not to mention the burger was so hard, like it had been sitting there for a while.
The only reason we’ve gone to this particular McDonalds is because of the location but we will NEVER go again and I don’t care if we have to drive twenty miles out of the way just to get a Happy Meal. The last 7 times they have always messed up our order & I’ve told management every time. They don’t care. Plus, they are the only McDonalds that charges .30¢ extra for a stupid dollop of mac sauce! You’ve got to be kidding me! Chick Fil A across the street is so much better anyhow so that’s where we’ll take our daughter. This place is a JOKE!

Can you say $ 3.00 breakfast? Enough said.
